Well done,Sir. I will be curious to see how the stupid little Indians respond to this factual analysis. They are the world's biggest liars as this thread as shown. Most of them commenting here are actually jobless and hungry. That's why they come to nairaland to type away their sorrows. When they log out, reality sets in again. I will be waiting to slap that lie off their mouth. . |

rvp2018: The problem is not the fake GDP they have. The problem is the debt to revenue. The ability to service that debt. Nigeria has like 75% debt services to revenue. Kenya has not even reached 30%. Therefore kenya has sustainable debt and can repay her debts. Nigeria has to borrow to fund recurrent expenditure...to pay salaries and pensions. Long story ..your debt is skyrocketing reduce it |

[quote author=NairobiWalker post=80106520]It was in 2017, currently the debt is higher.
Your GDP in 2017 was $375b, your debt was €70 which is $78 billion. That is 21% of your GDP. Considering you just had your debt cleared ten years before (2007), you really should never open your mouth talking about other country's depts. If your debt hadn't been cleared in 2007 you would definitely be over $200 billion in debt.[/quote
Yes our debt was cleared in 2007 and tge lcci has started it again. Fct still remains that our debt to gdp is extremely low 19% while yours is aiming at 70% if not 75% by now] |

wizzzmike: University Of Ghana Ranks Within The 151-200 Band In The Prestigious Times Higher
University of Ghana has been ranked within the 151 - 200 band on the Times Higher Education (THE) Golden Age University Ranking 2019. The University of Ghana ranked higher than 63 other universities worldwide that were built in the same period, including peer universities in Europe, Asia and the Americas. For example, UG is ranked ahead of 38 Japanese universities, 8 Brazilian universities, 4 universities from Poland, 3 universities each from Czech Republic and the Russian Federation and one each from the United Kingdom, United States, Turkey, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico, and France. This year’s Golden Age table reflects what THE describes as the Golden Age in global higher education, characterized by rapid university expansion and increasing investment in research, features 271 universities, up from 200 last year. The Golden Age ranking uses the same methodology as the THE World University Rankings to cast a spotlight on the best universities established for more than 50 years, but less than 80 years. Times Higher Education has since 2004 provided trusted performance data on universities for students and their families, university academics, university leaders, governments and industry with universities measured across their teaching, research, citations, industry income and international outlook. The scores for adjudging University of Ghana were: teaching, 14.5%; Research, 13.5%; Citations, 23.8%; Industry Income, 42.2% and International Outlook, 48.8%. These scores were based on data obtained on the university as of 2015-2016 academic year on key performance indicators namely: University of Ghana’s publication and citations in Elsevier’s Scopus, number of doctoral degrees awarded by the university, research grants won by UG faculty, international -to -domestic students’ ratio, international -to- domestic academic staff ratio, income from industry and income from school fees. It is worth mentioning that in computing the university’s final scores, these key performance indicators were normalised against total number of academic and research staff, therefore faculty members who do not make significant contribution to these outputs eats into the University’s total scores on the outputs. In order to improve the university’s performance in future rankings, it is recommended that efforts are intensified at motivating internal stakeholders to improve their contribution to the outputs used in these rankings. https://www.timeshighereducation.com/world-university-rankings/young-university-rankings-2019-golden-age-results-out-now
lol hope the Nigerians are reading this lol I wonder why you have to call nigeria. It's seems you want to summon trouble. Listen to me this thing you posted has been treated a long time ago. Nigeria had two universities that was ranked higher than any ghanian university and on african list we occupied position 9th & 10th why your first came 29th |

rvp2018: I am not sure what you're on about. Nairobi CBD has good roads, pavements, walkways and the works. Where Nairobi has to keep up with infrastructure is on places like upper hill & Westland - which were residential areas - turning into CBD - skyscrapers. Nairobi is rapidly expanding - and everywhere is nearly a construction sites - there is a lot of digging going on - laying of pipes, fibers, name it - apart from old CBD where it's full - and as good as any city in Europe. You don't have to be sure you just have to question your govt on where all those chinese loans went to if it is clearly not showing on your dilapidated infastructure |
