Lagos,abuja and maybe portharcourt housing system is very high (I mean the prices) but other cities are by far lesser than those three cities. For instance you must have seen the luxurious estate that has been posted here for ibadan. I can assure that if you are going to get that quality in lagos you should be prepared to 10× that price.

So yes average nigerians can afford it. If that where to be in lagos prepare your N15 MILLION NAIRA DOWN FOR PAYMENT
