vaxx1:Lol...let me give you the same advice you gave davefurn " it still in its pipeline stage" .your report said negotiation which means discussion. You know your govt needs to be really careful with these guys. Follow the pattern when ever china puts the name "INDUSTRIAL " in any proposed city they boast to build for any african nation it always ends up as a wet pipe dream. I hope KONZA INDUSTRIAL CITY RINGS A BELL. HIT US WHEN ENGINEERS AS STARTED ON THE WORK SITE, BUT FOR NOW IT JUST A DREAM YOU HAVE TO WAKE UP FROM |
tylann:Oh shut up and stop bickering How about this little porridge compare
|
jaycent:Of course ambode. You know the guy would be leaving soon, so he is trying to comission all he has achieved in the past 4 years |
vaxx1:You are becoming desperate vaxx. Why didn't you show them the part were auto josh said a bill has been assigned to these road. And beside the road doesn't even look bad in its current state as you claimed |
jaycent:That building is one terrific master piece. The Senate building should be up to 30 floors with the central library a few floor above 20. Ambode has really done alot for lagos infastructural upgrade. He has started the waste management system already. All house are expected to pay a certain amount of money monthly and it is a compulsory levy although I think it is quite expensive for a little below average lagosian but I think it is an avenue to collect tax. And with these new oshodi interchange that is set to be completed soon more tax are going to be collected for infastructural upgrade. He has also done the student arcade with master piece hostel. Lasu is definitely going to make it on the list of top african universities in africa. These week in lagos is called commissioning galore. I mean more infastructure gets to be commissioned |
vaxx1:Wow I am surprised that you don't know that thrid world cities exist and it is found In every african country even in those north african countries that you have idolizing. Provide me a link that says that jo'burg is ranked than any European city. If that is true then know that country is a equally a third world country. How can johannesburg be ranked better than any European city. Is it he road, transportat ion, neatness, bridges, security , quality of life that you want to compare. If you push this too much I would be forced to go back and produce a screenshoted image of xhosanostra saying that all these city comparison including jo'burg is a big joke to the rest of the world and it cannot be compared with developed countries cities. That was a citizen of SA talking not me. Casablanca is another thrid world city and is a joke to any European city. Casablanca is an European wannabe city and it would look like a cool town when compared with an actual European city like Paris, London e.t.c EAC is a first world city and America knows that ![]() |
vaxx1:Nah You canT cOmpare what EAC will become to jo'burg or casablanca . Jo'burg is termed a thrid world city and not first world city with impressive world class master piece. And for the records that was not emotions but fact |
davefurn:Don't mind them. Na jealousy dey worry dem |
vaxx1:.a We don't care if you label it for the rich so long as it's presence will boost economic activities in a way africa as never experienced . And it is coming to reality . Such city development is not for all african countries destiny as most countries can never reach that height in the next 50 years. Us coming to EAC is just the beginning expect to see more mind blowing global companies investment. I am g lad you read where US said in that post it has world class infastructure ,something no african country can produce except our true brothers "TANZANIANS |
tylann:Funny so now you force yourself on Tanzanian by calling them your ally. I should have known that you idolizing TZ more than kenya Kazikazi come and attest to this dude if truly you are his ally. Trying to play mother theresa |
tylann:I will answer this tomorrow. .I am feeling sleepy |
This is once again another confirmation I have gotten from CENTENARY CITY about it completion in 5year (rear below the image) It happening. The alpha black race is at it again ![]()

obaaderemi:Geez are you just hearing that now.. I have read and posted that shiit a long time ago.. it is so traumatic for the people of ghanians. What would they do without America in their life. No wonder nana their president sold their state security to the US govt for just $20 million . Are they that cheap to sell that most priceless asset which is their security |

rvp2018:Did you just say we are still dreaming. By dream you mean it's not in reality. Well I have followed your post closely and I can see that your dream is that one day nairobi would become the capital city of africa which is something I don't really agree to since jo'burg presence is still strong and they will not stop putting up towers even though you think relyING on the 5 floor redenvouz financed housing project will boost your skylines. The pictures of africa to the world is a backward continent where nothing works. Now if you want nairobi to become the capital city of a continent perceived as backward to the rest of the world then I must say your progress are aligning with your vision. I mean you have already proved that by producing 5 largest slums worldwide out of your capital ; so yes that title suits nairobi properly. Lagos, abuja, calabar, aba, uyo and many more can never become the capital city of what is perceived as backward and underdeveloped we are producing what will crush europe (our cruel colonial master) and rival with American cities as well as asian cities and never africa cos that would be too demeaning. So we naija gladly leave that tittle to you . I mean you have worked so hard for it by producing mater piece slums so yes you are free to have that tittle Well the picture below is the EKO ENERGY ESTATE DISTRICT IN EKOATLANTIC. Zoom the image and see skyscrappers under construction both the ones father down . Pls ensure you check out the ones on the left and also the once behind it then you tell me what you understand by dream. Pls zoom properly.and also pls don't ever mention ekoatlantic and tatucity in the same breath, it's and insult and even kenyatta would slap you for it. Stop using this medium to console your self on your fallow abadoned konza city that is still seeking funds from the chinese your soon to be colonial masters ![]()

rvp2018:Empty chest beating. . Check how I mapped out the tall buildings. The once with the check sign are the tall buildings while those with the slanted cross sign are the low rise buildings. Done mistake both simply because the photographer know how to get his angles. Tell the photographer to keep it up. He knows how to position is camera in an angle that allows every low rise building to count Use your eyes

rvp2018:You know I am getting tired of your silly rants these days. Comparing lagos skylines with nairobi's is completely derisive. The difference btw nairobi amd lagos is that nairobi skylines is situated at a point while lagos skyline is diverse. We literally separated our CBD'S from our residential unlike nairobi. For instance you can never catch the view of cms skylines with victoria island skylines. They are all on a separate island. Here are place with thick cluster of skyscrappers LAGOS ISLAND cms Marina Obalende Ikoyi Victoria island Lekki LFTZ and many more LAGOS MAINLAND Ikeja Yaba Surulere NB: the ones on the mainland are not so many compared to those on the island My point is you can never catch the view of lagos skylines on lagos island let alone the ones on the mainland collectively |
jaycent:Yes it is very hard for you to hear nigeria deporting any nationale. It is almost impossible most especially ecowas nations. No one even care to no which nation you are from.so long as you are in the country you are a nigerian. Our govt even offer the same right they give to its citizens to foreigners even though it not suppose to be so. Who cares if you are a foreigner |
These is the safari parks mind you the govt are not the ones bearing the financial burden of the city with its resort and luxury hotel..it is a PPP model

Tylann and chrisagyei below is a video of a nigerian woman that took to instagram to rejoice over the privilege given to an average Nigerian to own a property in the newly built centenary city. This is a city for every Nigerian and any immigrants alongside tourists https://www.instagram.com/p/BwLANBxDkDy/?utm_source=ig_share_sheet&igshid=mom47hqwhljy |
chrisagyei:Well yes we are working on our security. I believe buhari has gone soft compared to those days when he was in power (I am talking about the 1900s).I recently read that he has been called to the house of assembly to talk about the growing insecurity in the northern region and his incapacity to handle it.I know they are currently pressuring the old man to do some thing and he has to do some thing about it. As for boko haram we have made significant progress on that side. If you recall few years ago during the chibok girls saga it was so traumatic with various bombings almost every day.but to day we have been able to weaken boko haram's presence in nigeria. It only a matter of time before we succeed after all they are one of the deadliest terrorit's in the world despite the fact that we are constantly receiving helps and troops from the US govt to combat this extremists. Look how long it took a world power like America to tackle ISIS and GADDAFI. As for safari pictures from centenary city I will update you on that and I will also show you a video of how average nigerians are happy to have been given the privilege to trade and own property in these newly built city |
