NairobiWalker:An awkward attempt to console yourself after my constant humiliation and mutilation on your poor soul. It gladens my heart to know that these long rants touched your balls and ended up taming you pathetic ![]() |

Just30:OK now you are beginning to throw tantrums ![]() |
Just30:What a beautiful blog you got there.. ![]() Its a blog and not a credible source. Jaycent do not be deceived about that blog fantasizing how african cities can one day become the world capital. Pls jaycent carry on with your crusade |
gallivant:Hey dude you see the reason I dont post our power project is because of the attitude of these jealous ghanians that can't handle the level of investment, urbanisation and infastructural progress that we are experiencin here . Once it for the public they would tell you that the project can never live to see the light of the day and once it a city then it for the rich. It funny how the feel they know if these project are progressing at all from their country which is separated from ours by two countries all because they want to help themselves sleep better at night. That they know our leaders more than we do and everything is always going to remain underconstruction with nothing to show for it. Buhari just commissioned the construction of what BBC and other global source has dubbed as the highest power project with the highest power investment in the history of this continent. I present to you the MAMBILLA POWER PROJECT . You know it funny when they try to paint buhari as a fraud. For fvck sake these man just commissioned and paid for a project that has been used to deceive us for over 40 years by our past leader anytime they are campaigning for another election. He started the AJAOKUTA STEEL INDUSTRY which was abandoned by our past leader for 45 years and according to bbc focus on africa it is said to be 98% complete with just $1bn to fully complete it. He dragged our asses out of recession caused by the recent administration and defied imf and world bank prediction for our 2018 growth of less than 1.9%. He improved our water access rate to 65.31% by completing 16 new water projects earlier these year and promises to finish the rest by the end of these year.Have you seen his ugly house in DAURA it is nothing compared to what his predecessors inherited after four years in office .I even read a post something ago that ranked buhari as one of the poorest president in the world. Now I ask how is he corrupt. A leader that just issued out $12 bn dollar for the lagos_calabar rail line earlier this year which made nigeria to be called the country with the most infastructural investment in africa 2019. So yes gallivant we have our power project just like yours and us building magnificent cities and infastructure does not make it a misplaced priority caused we can fund all at once which equally make us urbanize rapidly at once |
Just30:Nah! Nah!! Nah!!! Just30 don't even go there . In that video you posted a lady which happen to be the presenter or whatever, clearly said it with her own mouth that she would like to show us all luxury apartment in DEVTRACO COURT and I was like okay .then she proceed to show those building as luxury but I had it up to here when she called that red coloured 5 bedroom building luxurious and also called that abandoned like Nigeria public school building a LUXURIOUS CONDOMINIUM with it cheap looking varenda that looks like what can be gotten from one of all those roadside welder here in lagos. The fault is not from the presenter but from the owner of those properties who wrote her the SCRIPT and scribbled LUXURY on it because these estate developers have gone round ghana to witness that their poor masterpiece is more luxurious than any other estate in ghana or probably on the same level with what will be termed the most luxurious estate in ghana. I now get it .no wonder rvp18 a kenyan once told vaxx that he is sorry but ghanians are not just use to world class infastructure. You can ask vaxx yourself. anyway bye ![]() |
Just30:Once again it's funny how these figures higher soar this days who know we might just hit 170 ![]() |
vaxx2:Vaxx what I meant at what you bolded out was based on my previous quote to you where I was trying to explain how your agricultural analogy don't fit in to the discussion so don't mistake it . Well my attempt at wasn't bad but merely an example to elucidate on my previous point. So don't get too focused on that simply because I choose to use gender. It doesn't change the fact that Just30 instigated the whole ownership idea by saying "UNLESS YOU HAVE INTERNET " which once again simply illustrates that a person can be entitled to own the internet.so you irritation can be directed to him ![]() |
NairobiWalker:I see you are now getting rational with your words. But I am obliged to ask what am I waiting for with obaderemi. Drop your answer so I can know my next line of action ![]() |
jaycent:Oh don't get me wrong I am so damn cool. I am just playing with that kid ![]() |
vaxx2:Lol...don't get me wrong I wasn't arguing the ownership of an Internet earlier. But allow me take you down the memory lane. You see vaxx we could just easily agree that Just30 instigated the whole ownership thing. In his exact word he said "UNLESS YOU DON'T HAVE THE INTERNET " which technically illustrates that a person can own the internet which I myself consider laughable. And obaderemi must have noticed this derisive statement and sort to answer him sarcastically and mockingly by saying "MY INTERNET TELLS ME THAT " it just like you asking me a silly question like "IS SHE A BOY " and I will reply you even more sillier by saying yes "SHE IS A BOY"

My capital oooo...just read and don't get jealous. This kind of blessing will definitely reach every africa country ![]() Abuja Construction & Real Estate Projects – 2019 March 31, 2019 real estate development abuja Property development overview The Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Abuja will continue to be one of Nigeria’s property hotspots in 2019, thanks to several major construction projects. As the political and governmental heart of the country, It is one of the most prominent capital cities in Africa. Being one of the two primary international business gateways into Nigeria, along with Lagos, the metropolis also has a global reach. These two factors have contributed to Abuja receiving significant local and foreign investment over the years. Together with a strong demand for a variety of property, this investment has allowed it to develop a burgeoning real estate industry. Other things the city has going for it include good infrastructure, adequate security, encouraging business environment and a large number of high net worth individuals. A variety of residential, commercial, industrial, retail and mixed use developments are currently in progress. These developments will positively impact Abuja’s economic growth for 2019. In 2018 the capital witnessed the construction of a number of transport related infrastructure projects including the opening of the first phase of the light railway project and the completion of a new international terminal at the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport. 2018 also saw the opening of the $54 million Novare Central shopping mall in the Wuse district. Villa Afrika are Abuja estate agents. If you are looking for a house, flat, land or commercial property we will get it for you. Just send us a property request. Ongoing construction projects Centenary City centenary city abuja The $18.5 billion ‘Centenary City’ project, aims to build a new smart city in the FCT. It is to be built from scratch on land located a few km from the Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport. The Kuje area is also nearby. The master plan calls for a urban centre, a central business district, museums, art galleries, hotels, commercial space and residential districts. Centenary City aims to offer a magnificent cosmopolitan lifestyle to its residents and act as a hub for the FCT as a whole. The project is a private sector driven PPP initiative. The entire area has been designated a free zone: being exempt from various local and federal taxes. The chief residential project namely: ‘The Grove’ has been launched. It spans an area of 91,000sqm consisting of over 200 units of 5 bedroom houses. Front Range a UAE based developer and the Centenary City PLC are co-developers of the Grove project. World Trade Center world trade center abuja The ‘World Trade Center’ (WTC) Abuja is being developed by the Churchgate Group and aims to define the capital’s skyline. The master plan calls for a complex of high-rise buildings to be built in the Central Area district of the FCT. Upon completion it will become one of the largest mixed use developments in West Africa. Towers one and two have both been completed. Tower one, at 110 metres, serves as the tallest residential building in Nigeria. Tower one offers 120 luxury apartments spread over 24 floors. The second tower, at 120 metres high, is the tallest commercial building in Abuja. Tower two offers 33,000sqm of total office space to let. The remaining towers are at different stages of completion. As part of the overall project both a world class shopping centre called ‘Capital Mall’ and a luxury 5-star hotel have been planned. The WTC is located very close to the recently commissioned metro station which links directly to the international airport. The project is mainly privately funded. Abuja City Centre abuja city centre project The ‘Abuja City Centre’ project is a public private partnership between the FCT Administration and a consortium of developers that seeks to develop prime land in the Central Area district. The city centre has been provisioned for since the Abuja master plan. The project is a mixed used development involving constructing residential apartments, commercial offices, a shopping mall, a national park and all the commercial buildings to be found in any modern metropolis including parking lots. The project aims to develop 24/7 commercial & residential activities in the heart of the city. It is expected that conclusion of the project will allow Abuja to better compete with other global capitals such as Dubai, Singapore, New York and London. Total investment is estimated at $4 billion dollars. Outlook for real estate |
forgiveness:You din run come here...pls we need you back in that other thread cause those kenyan and ghanian guys are running amok... Anyway I heard about the skyscrapper saga from you at the other thread. I guess maybe the editor is focusing more on that centre building than the entire plan or maybe the skyscrappers will come naturally as a means of attracting investment |
Let me take it from here 688187.BEHOLD THE ABEOUKUTA CITY CENTRE PROJECT
