Shma: The root course of this debate was projects and upcoming mega cities
. Capital olodo I think you meant to write cause not course...such a tweeter kid
Your poorly comprehensive nature and understanding to topics made you think that project is all about economy which made your obtuse brain to say a mere $100b economy can not build super tall Buldings or mega cities when we barely play above your league in that sector.
Yes I still maintain my stands in what I said...you can't understand things like this cos you are dumb...no need explain that to you, like everyother things you won't get it either.. ..btw building a 89 storey can never cost you the meagre $300m I saw in your screenshot...it should be atleast a billion dollar or tending close to it..
I then debunked Abohboy claim by providing a link for the top investors destination where kenya was ranked fifth in Africa while nigeria 9th
.
Now this is the main subject of discussion before you tried once again to deflect with your epistle..tell me what point you were trying to prove when your blog crowned top investment destination cannot attract FDI..
[mYou then brought FDI and I gave you the same link the FDI stretches to a wide extend and not only super tall Buldings, skyscrapers and mega cities
You are one confused living, breathing being. ..smh... Such a fool ...
Shma: who said that? Did I say kenya attracts more FDI than the Nigeria? Even despite your population, we still run almost the same number of projects.
Shma: you are a nuisance to your society zombie. you're talking like floozy bit*ch. Take a chill pill and kill that spirit Sam. I will welcome your manly demeanor full heartedly but until then, enjoy your boring bumbtious show.
No need to deflect..Sam wants you to debunk and refute what you earlier bolded out...there is no running away from this... You must be disgraced for the fool that you are...
jln115: In what way is the Nigerian defence force better.... Indulge me
You have 0 subs, 0 frigates, 0 ASW capability, 0 modern fighters, only a handful of modern tanks, 0 modern 155mm artillery, 0 modern ifv ect ect ect
And most importantly can't even beat a bunch of rag tag rebels
I think you should focus all your energy on this ...pray this terrorism doesn't breaks loose in SA...the worst is coming..

Defence and Military Veterans Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula for the first time acknowledged that the government was deeply concerned about the violence in Mozambique.
She pointed out that this violence could likely spread to other Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries.
"Defence Intelligence can confirm that there is an increase of Islamic insurgency activities currently in the province of Cabo Delgado, Mozambique and these have the potential to spread to other provinces and neighbouring SADC states," Mapisa-Nqakula said.

The minister went on to reveal that the plan of action will be discussed behind closed doors. She revealed that a parliamentary committee, the Joint Standing Committee on Intelligence (JSCI) will discuss the ISIS threat in a closed door meeting not open to the public.
If any member of the committee publicise the content of the discussion, they will face jail time. The government has made it a point that the planned action against this insurgency in Mozambique is highly classified.

The violent Islamic insurgency broke out in 2017 and it has claimed lives of more than 1000 people and displaced more than 210000 people in Cabo Delgado, the northernmost Province of Mozambique.

A militant group known as Ahlus Sunnah wal Jamaah, has been the one orchestrating these attacks. It is an affiliate of the ISIS.
Democratic Alliance(DA) Member of Parliament (MP) Dr Mimmy Martha Gondwe said in a statement on Sunday that the South African public needs the assurance that its government is taking all the necessary steps to mitigate the impact of the mounting insurgency in Mozambique.

Dr Gondwe also pointed out that the general public deserve to know whether the government is ensuring a well co-ordinated approach is taken by all potentially involved role players including the intelligence agencies and the defence forces.
"The DA reiterates its call on the minister of def
Austine1213: list of countries by stock of Foreign direct investment (FDI) abroad
Investors in other countries
Kenya will always be missing ..they should focus on growing their dubious, deceptive economy for now maybe in two decade they can have talks about expanding safaricom or comcraft
rvp20182: Nigerian miseducation.Operation wise Kenya sgr broke even in it's first full year of operationsr. But kaduna line nope. Now tell us how you plan to repay 0.5b from Chinese used to repay the line
In succinct term Kenya sgr is a properly undertaken Chinese Ponzi scheme that was doomed to fail right from the very beginning...losses and Kenya sgr us like 5 &6 just like your other loss making, heavily indebted venture KQ.
Shma: in my explanation I didn't say FDI is food deficiency individual, so don't get mad. ;Dthe bolded is your piece of food. Next time try not to be hopeless zombie. Now;. What was your point?
You still don't get it fool even after rephrasing a world bank report online to sound smart..what a fool... You said you were talking about top investment destinations from your blog and I am telling you your top investment destination is just as useless as the "P" in PSYCHOLOGY if it's not attracting FDI ...it's means you just hold your stupid blog title with absolutely nothing to show for it on ground..Ethiopia and I think TZ recieves more FDI than Kenya..Kenya FDI is competing with that of Rwanda.... What a curse on the supposedly top investment destination...
rvp20182: We had long seen the early warning signs of your mental illness
We had long seen that you have a penchant for petty lies... Nairobi to Mombasa line is merely 177km..any figure higher than this is just an over hallucinated,over-exaggerated ,self-delusional.lies... You had better stop it and embrace truth and reality..
Shma: hey dimwit. Where did you heard that FDI stands for food deficiency individual? Don't be a disgrace to your society zombie.
You are clearly loosing it....where did you see me write the bolded ....don't mistake me for your sh*male...you are an olodo fool, I am not...get the difference
Shma: remember you're dealing with a psychologist and not psycho. Seems you learned the FDI term in Nairaland, otherwise, you shouldn't have asked that. Your delineating and half-literate mode is really selling you out. Just be you and embrace your demeanor. I was talking about top investor's destination and you're bringing foreign direct investment.!!Yes if you own something you'll mint profit as long as the company you're dealing with is a profitable entity itself, I didn't dispute that. FDI usually involves participation in management, joint -venture, transfer of technology and expertise and if your shares hits less than 10% don't call it direct investment. Your brother was talking about controlling which I debunked it on arrival. Having a few take over should not grant you a bragging right especially if it was sold out due to its running loss.
Lol..I had a good one minute laugh when I read the bold....no fool, what I do remember dealing is an IRREDEEMABLE psycho dummy idiot with zero penchant for common sense and intellectual reasoning that said.. In succinct terms "FDI" means FOREIGN DIRECT INVESTMENT..heck after googling you still sound so foolish. Note the key word FOREIGN then DIRECT and finally INVESTMENT....and there you have it..your answer is ready...
Anambra International Cargo Airport under construction.. I think this will be bigger than Abuja and Lagos Airport altogether..it's worth $2bn.... They are many international airport under construction in Nigeria but only two amongst this are cargo International airport...one is in uyo and one is in Anambra..both under construction..
Shma: you sound stupid and boring. Your phony move of creating a facsimile from intellects is now selling you out. Did you even ask yourself why you didn't get a like for typing all this gibberish like dweller? . Wait!.. It was utterly debasing and garbagious. ... I didn't want to quote you cos your infantile and nuisancer mode will trigger an attempt to bombard your obtuse brain which will in turn result to a ban.
So wait how is this gutter trash of a write up supposed to support your claims and debunk mine which by the way is an irrefutable fact..... Now you see why I call you shma the BIG FOOL... capital olodo is what you are...I spit abeg..
Pls rehabilitate the wet pipe dream already..till then all your have is an over priced heavily indebted 177km Chinese scam for a railway..lol and to think that is the highest infastructural project ever undertaken in your zoo since the day the name Kenya was coined..lol,lol,lol..
rvp20182: Where is Mombada? Nairobi-Mombasa distance has not shurnk last I checked. The Mombasa-Nairobi is distance of 450Kms. The railway itself is 600kms. The phase 2A of the project stretches from Nairobi to Naivasha - 150kms - and that is too is complete and operational. There are two dry ports also completed - one in Nairobi and one in Naivasha.
And all that is greenfield....we still have old Nairobi to Kampala MGR functional.
While you're sleeping - we also rehabilitated the Nairobi-Nanyuki old MGR - another 150Kms of the railway that is starting operation soon.
While you're sleeping - we are modernizing Nairobi Commutter rail - that carries 13,000 passengers daily - to be able to carry 10 times the number - daily.
Nigeria cannot match kenya infrastructure wise. Even basic stuff like finished oil product pipeline you lack - despite being an oil giant.
Okay now this is noise..you don't have to lie through your front teeth a d not expect it to squeeze it way out of it..this things can be easily googled...
Your nairobi-mombada loss making Chinese scam is merely just 177km and any figure higher than this is just a kibera hallucinated dream...wake up this very minute.. Everything in Kenya is a loss..just like the useless KQ expected to loose $500m this year amidst it crazy skyrocketing debt..I wondee if that loss making venture will exists this year after its ordeal..
rvp20182: 1) Abuja-Kaduna -How can passenger line whose total annual revenues are about 5M dollars break even? That will NEVER break even. 2) Abuja - Airport - That one is, without doubt, the world's most wasteful expenditure after Ajekouta steel mill. 3) Lagos - Ibandan - Delayed and yet to carry zero passengers.
Kenya - Mombasa - Nairobi - SGR - is designed mostly for cargo - now aiming around 5m metric tonnes - and yet still it's passengers wing beat Abuja-Kaduna that carries 720K passenger annually - compared to more than 2M (7,000 daily) in Mombasa-Nairobi.
Nigeria should shut up when it come to anything railways and generally development.
I am sorry you can't heckle Nigeria in anything most especially when it comes to infastructural development.. . Your sgr has never, ever made profit since her inception...true or false? Like I told you earlier, by now we should have broken even...this report is for 2018....open the link and read...
Shma: it's crystal clear that you're grasping at straws. Take a look once again.
Africa's Top 10 Countries To Invest In Egypt. Cairo, Egypt. ... South Africa. Despite the political and institutional turmoil over the past few years, South Africa remains most investors' gateway into the continent. Morocco. Casablanca. Ethiopia. Kenya. vision2030.go.ke. Rwanda. Tanzania. Nigeria.
You can also study this geographical investment circle.
You are so dumb and stupid...he practically showed you FDi and you had the temerity to refute with irrationally un-recognized blog...let me even ask you..without googling can you tell me what you understand by FDI cos this display his the height of foolishness and ignorance I have never seen before....
Below is the headline of your blog...read and Note the key word "TO" and tell me why you don't deserve to be intellectually placed alongside that of a mad man...heck even the headline screams blog...
Shma: you have abandoned your country to come spew revenue in Kenya! We implement something, after it breaks the even point we mint the profit and invent another profitable venture. After all we'll not disburse it for free or kill it. we'll sell them for more profit.
And please.... You're just investing in foreign land just the way kenya does. Now that Kenya is controlling mpesa services in India should we call India puppies?
Can you please stop rephrasing what others say even though it's ignorant and stupid...
rvp20182: You can afford huh? And yet what you have constructed is 150Kms from Lagos to Ibandan, 70Kms in Abuja and 150km Abuja-Kaduna line. That is what small countries like Uganda should be doing.
Kenya-Mombasa alone is 600kms (450Kms if you go by distance) - and to Naivasha is another 150kms.
And like Kenya you have borrowed heavily.
Look you total federal budget for doing this kind of stuff is 24B - while Kenya is 32B dollars. Get it Obaboon.
Lol wait a minute..Am.i missing something here... Nairobi-mombada which is your biggest project ever funded since your zoo inception is just 177km.... Where is this 600km coming from?..is it from that weed..
Abohboy: And why should we trust him. It’s a very nice story, and if it’s true then it is very sad, but he has provided no evidence whatsoever. And if the person intended to kill him they would have shot him more then just once. I personally suspect that either he wasn’t working well, he got into a fight with another soldier who shot him so he made up that story, or he was killing a lot of Boko Haram fighters but one of them infiltrated the military frontlines, in disguise and tried to kill him. Your seriously gullible
You are the reason that cockroach still hangs around here..you give him too much attention... Just treat him like the fool he is by ignoring his stupidity..trust me he will get bored and back off with his folly..
Shma: you mean the same mall that was to be done in 2013? The last screenshot is the latest convo about the mall back in 2019 .. It's dead and forgotten.
A project can be proposed and built years later...that the case of this one...
rvp20182: Say a man from Nigeria - whose 1B dollars rail carries 400 passengers daily Kenya SGR is doing great - in it's 3rd year of operation. 1st year of operation - revenues were around 50M dollars 2nd year of operation (2019) - it doubled to more than 110M dollars. 2020 with COVID - there is slight drop - but it will do more than 100m dollars..
And now that Naivasha line is in operations - and with transit cargo to hinterland countries expected to be rail there - we are set for more revenues.
And I bet this line will break even within the next 5yrs.
You are making too much noise...you've never made profit since you installed that Chinese let alone dreaming about breaking even...Ours by now should have broken even..
