I think development is judged on how modern things look not on what's the actual development

Negro please Arabs know they are behind SA only you dark negro race think otherwise. Those who watch CAF Champions League know Arabs who have toured SA know their countries are behind SA in development. Sundowns had had players from Algeria who loved SA and admitted SA was by far better than North African Arab states. Same can be said about Wits they had Egyptian top players who like All Alhly and Zamlek, Wydad Casablanca, Esperance fc etc...admitted that SA is better than north Africa and other European countries.
