Rabbit farming should be added to that list. I do it on a part time basis or what you call backyard farming aside my full time job.

Catfish farming requires alot of funds, require quality stock(else runts can be sold to you), feed is costly, borehole must work constantly and type of pond(earthen, casted/block, plastic, wood/tapolene ponds) that is prefered also depend on location and space available.

For the rabbits, get your cage/hutch and money to purchase breeding stock and feed ready. those should be top on your to do list as pertaining to starting a rabbitry.
