You don't need sponsor since you have over 1m.Study permit application is on tuesday,Wednesday and Thursday.Tuesday document verification,Wednesday payment in the bank and Thursday submission .First and foremost you go on tuesday for docs verification then they give u go ahead to pay in the bank on Wednesday and Thursday you go back to the Embassy for submission .

All documents needed for study permit are listed on your admission letter .In addition get bank statement (1m above from anyone acting as sponsor).do you intend to stay off campus?

Hello my dear brother,I got admission for a B.Tech in Agriculture at Cape pennisula University of Technology,please do you have someone in Cape town that can write a letter of accomodation for me?Not that I will live with the person, I only need the letter to apply for my study permit, my brother Inlaw lives in Joburg,which is really far from cape town and I dont think they will accept letter of accomodation from someone in Joburg,please I need your help.

@OP The plan look good and sweet but getting jobs in SA is not easy like before .First ,you are coming with Visiting visa and no company will employ you .Second ,Changing status from visitor visa to work permit can be very cumbersome infact the new immigration laws don't allow that .However if you are science oriented,Medical field or with special skills you can get offer but it is not automatic you will contend with Indians,Pakistan and other foreigners .Since you have kids it is advisable you stay Nigeria pending when you have "good money"relocating is capital intensive and a lot of Nigerians here are compelled to marry SA women in order to survive and some take menial jobs to survive .Please what is your field of study?

Yea tnx so much my brother..but the issue is she is still in SA with the husband and she said all the immigration officerss they are approaching said their new rules states that any permit they want to do now should be from the applicant home country..and she is planning of leaving the republic before the due date on her passport so that she won't overstay..please how can you be of help to her?sshe really needs it if you can refer her to anybody over there to help them through it will safe her the stress of going to Nija because the husband said he wants her to do xmas there..they have no child yet still praying for one..tnx any help will be appreciated

I was a bit skeptical because some persons told me that at the point of entry I cud be turned back to go make a paid and confirmed booking hence my fear. Though I have the advise from the hote via booking.coml which shows that I made reservation using my card and that I wud pay on arrival or check in.

More advises because this worked for me in Europe and UK. So wondering if SA is a different one.

You must pay for @least one night if you re booking hotel.SA immigration officers will ask for paid hotel .Things are changing here bros .You may b fortunate they allow u in but I can count numbers of guys turned back .This is SA not Europe

how will she do that, work visa only comes with one way ticket. she was told that her salary will be paid into an account open for her by her employer. she won't be able to withdraw from this account until after her contract expires.
