In as much as I believe that inferiority complex is a syndrome affecting many nigerians,I still believe it would be self-deceit if anyone asserts that the whites are not smarter than us..Yes!I said they are smarter..Not subscribing to an idea doesn't confute the reality of the idea..Atheists/agnostics don't believe in the reality of God's existence and religious mysticism,yet that doesn't discredit the reality of God's existence..Synonymously,that we nigerians,africans and blacks in general don't believe the whites are currently smater than Us doesn't refute the credibility of the idea..A Man city fan is likely to tell you they lost to Bayern due to tactical problem or managerial incompetence,but anybody reasoning from a neutral platform would concur with me that if the team had featured two Messis and two Ronaldos or both pep guardiola and mourinho the team would probably have lost the match.

It is only in Africa that a mechanical engineer would take his faulty car to a roadside Mechanic.

Only in Africa a Medical doctor would advise you to take your sick child to a local church instead of a hospital

Most technically advanced gadgets we use were made by the whites..Same thing applies to the cars we use.

Our culture can b traced down 2 d early ages, times wen finz were done in order 2 carve a niche 4 deir dieverse tribes, and all these were passd on 4rm generation to generation, but it stands logic on its head 2 know dat 2dai, d our culture is being washed away by d rain of d moments. Our culture is being demeaned by modernization, civilization and globalization. Som of d finz gradually fading away are arts making, modes of dressing, tribal marks and so on. Talkin abt d ish of TRIBAL MARKS, dis marks were cr8d 4 d purpose of beautification, identification and recognition. Dey are rily peculiar to ethnic groups in Nigeria. But wut do we av 2dai? Trival marks are bein dominated by tattoos, d invent of tatoos seems to have sent tribal marks to d bench. Now my question is this, in a bid to revive our culture, do u fink we should all go back to tribal marks beautification in order to revive it or we watch it go off? Give ur rsns peeps. Good aftunoon

Nairalane: Join me in my structural thought. It goes thus. People generally believe that the whitemen are wiser and unquestionably superior to we blacks. But sometimes ,they act meaninglessly and unattached to the dictionary of human behaviours. For example, naming a child woodgate, stone, hazard, blunt, churchill, green, sand. The most annoying is tiger woods. If "woods" is d surname, how can i name my son "tiger". Does this make any sense. Despite this personality-debasing whitemen displays, we ourselves still believe that the whitemen are so superior to us. We blacks consider ourselves as less important. For instance, when papadinho and samtolly park their clothes out yesterday and ready for a wash, they wash d white ones first and then to wash the rugged black ones in parallel channel. So, u too practise racism-superiority of the supercilious whitemen above the black. Maybe its natural, hypothetically stated. But i cannot explain. I believe we blacks are gifted, as created by God. Thank God that salvation was made free, the whitemen would have hijack the whole with their mere-haughty colonising spirit and a sublime piece of mysticism. Thank you for your time.
