If you are using visa card issued by nigeria banks.....its close to useless......dont even think of comparing mastercard to visa........Almost all online shopping/vendors/ecommerce/gaming centers/international purchase accepts mastercard...

Visa card useless how?.....even bank officials and online store retailers recommend visa card to master card anytime.

Because its called master card dosnt guarantee anything. Visa card offers a better transaction than master card anytime anyday.

I ordered an item and protection ran out so I initiated refund only to receive a debit alert of the said refund amount instead of credit (second debit for same item). Please how do I go about this fraud or does credit mean debit and vice versa in china town .Thanks

Yesterday I collected the phone screen I ordered. I made the order on 19th August, despatched to overseas on 26th. The date written on it with pen is 11th September.
I was emailing those fools and they were saying my order was not in the country. My brother went there and they were asking him to "track it", "have they called him?" "did he receive message?" and all kinds of useless stuff. He just told them that he received message, when they asked for proof, he said the number was lost. They eventually looked for it and found it.
Once your order is despatched to overseas, it's usually in the country within a week. Just give them 3-4 weeks and go to your local P.O. Play every game necessary but make sure they look for it instead of checking in their system
The P.O is GRA Port Harcourt.

The last time I got refund, I got message that it was processing on a Friday. And by the next Monday, the refund reflected.

Alright. I think you'd get yours soon though. I opened dispute on the 21st morning , I received a message like yours but mine was to wait for 4 days. Is it the same day you opened yours?

This morning by past 12am, I contacted support on live chat to tell them that I haven't gotten a reasonse after waiting and this morning by 7 they sent the valid judgement.

I'm still going to follow up this phone matter just like I would have if I lost dispute. It's not making sense. Yesterday another order that I made on the 17th of July updated to arrived at destination. That's almost a month after the phone order of 19th of June. The phone cannot just disappear like that. It's odd.
In the thread valentinoo created, a guy that seemed like he works somewhere related to nipost(with the way he was trying to clear their name) gave some reasons why we aren't getting orders. Thinking of trying what he said. I'm going to have to try and contact the post master.
They say the man is nice enough to help out with bad situations. If that doesn't work I'd have to file for missing item at the head office like the guy suggested.
I'd need to gather some screenshots and necessary evidence. I have a national ID card cos they'd need that like he said.

For the location of orders, it's really not in the hands of AliExpress. Even if it's 4px. If it's showing despatched to overseas postal admin then they've don their part I think. It's left to destination country.
About contacting them on live chat, just type "live chat" and they'd tell you to ask your question before going ahead. Choose an order on the card that pops up and continue. After Eva answrs, if she doesn't redirect you to an agent, repeat with an unpaid order and this time choose "payment" when you are asked to ask question.
Honestly I don't even know if you understand what I'm writing
I don't know how I do it EXACTLY but I always get them when I want to chat with them.
