For the location of orders, it's really not in the hands of AliExpress. Even if it's 4px. If it's showing despatched to overseas postal admin then they've don their part I think. It's left to destination country.
About contacting them on live chat, just type "live chat" and they'd tell you to ask your question before going ahead. Choose an order on the card that pops up and continue. After Eva answrs, if she doesn't redirect you to an agent, repeat with an unpaid order and this time choose "payment" when you are asked to ask question.

Am beginning to lose hope on my order. I ordered 3 Bluetooth ear piece and 4 silk durag from AliExpress. Since August 8, and it has all been dispatched to the country of origin. I've been tracking it with a tracking app, and I kept seeing on transit.

Now that am reading this different story of stolen or missing items from NIPOST, I don't know if I should wait for the expected delivery date to reach before going to post office to track it.

This morning by past 12am, I contacted support on live chat to tell them that I haven't gotten a reasonse after waiting and this morning by 7 they sent the valid judgement.

I'm still going to follow up this phone matter just like I would have if I lost dispute. It's not making sense. Yesterday another order that I made on the 17th of July updated to arrived at destination. That's almost a month after the phone order of 19th of June. The phone cannot just disappear like that. It's odd.
In the thread valentinoo created, a guy that seemed like he works somewhere related to nipost(with the way he was trying to clear their name) gave some reasons why we aren't getting orders. Thinking of trying what he said. I'm going to have to try and contact the post master.
They say the man is nice enough to help out with bad situations. If that doesn't work I'd have to file for missing item at the head office like the guy suggested.
I'd need to gather some screenshots and necessary evidence. I have a national ID card cos they'd need that like he said.

I also opened dispute on the 21st. But I received a response on the 22nd morning by 4.am, Saying I should
wait 5 days.

On the 7th of March, I ordered a phone which was shipped on the 18th of March. Ever since then, nothing has been heard of it.
The memory card I intended to use with the phone was ordered two days later, and that one has since arrived.

From the lamentations on the aliexpress thread, I noticed a lot of people are also in my situation.
They bought phones which refused to deliver whereas the accessories they ordered days after ordering the phone got delivered.

This lead to the assumption that nipost staffs are deliberately holding on to these phones for reasons best known to them.

I don't want to believe these phones are being stolen by those that are meant to deliver them to us.

Why will I buy a phone with my hard earned money only for it to be stolen by people who are meant to deliver the phone?

This is corporate robbery and should be condemned.

How will a phone come all the way from China without missing only for it to get to Nigeria and get missing?

I have to create this new thread to make our plight known to the whole world.

You shouldn't open a dispute now because you would waste the limited number of disputes you can open for that order.
Order would change to complete automatically after sixty days. No need to worry, yet.
For dispute, wait till after 90 days that your Buyer protection is valid for.

So I got called for an order of June.
Ordered: 19/06/20
Shipped: 29/06/20
Carrier: AESS (SingPost)
Transit: 81 days
Tracking update last showed "dispatched overseas" on 25th July. No update to "delivered" at all up till now.

Meanwhile two orders I made made last month, 06/08 and 21/08 have both updated to "failed delivery" within the last 24hrs. However I'm yet to be called to receive them. One is AESS (SingPost) and the other is outright SingPost.

Updates on those later when I take delivery.

It's just like saying you wanna take one chance bus for roadside instead of heading to the motor park It's neither here nor there. You can get away with paying dirt cheap transport fare but it could also turn to the worst nightmare with dem robbery or kidnapping shyte.

It's usually small packages or inconsequential items that are usually sent thru though Yanwen or Cainiao portals. For phones anything less than DHL, FedEx or AESS na scam o.

The post office people or customs will be tempted to steal such.

Mine is showing the same thing since 21st July. I called Nipost and they we're telling me that the Item is not in Nigeria. And has not arrived.

I contacted seller. They said they will contact AliExpress logistics.

Later they told me that they have consulted and my item is on its way.

What sort of fuckery is this
