It's possible Sha, but have you checked the site to see if the manner you answered the question is different from the site? If yes, you can always submit a report for re-review

Yes, it is plagiarism. The link to the website they put there is where the person plagiarised from.

How do one calculate this HQRR stuff to know how much will be paid.

Another way is, simply calculate your answers scored as 4 or 5 and divide it by your total answers reviewed.

For example, if all the answers reviewed in a month is 30 and 28 of them were scored as 4 or 5, you'll simply say

28/30 × 100 = 93%
