Well from personal experience Sha, no reviews doesn't totally equal 100% HQRR. I was once told no reviews for a particular week and it later reflected during earnings report.
They'll later review your questions but always be prepared

This particular question has a b and c, I only made a mistake in c.

2 of my other answers were marked as incorrect (they truly are incorrect when I checked)

Yes, I agree with this. You base the answer upon words to elongate it. You can even explain what product means

Personally, this isn't a good idea. I've my top 2 subjects and I hardly solve other subjects unless there's scarcity of questions in my favourite subjects. Assigning questions to each tutor won't be fair in my opinion. There will be instances whereby some tutors will be assigned easy questions while some will be assigned tough questions.

Furthermore, someone who gets easy questions and solves all the questions might appear to you guys as a better tutor than the other person with tough questions. Make it a fair level playing ground for all just as it is presently. We know the time questions are updated so it's up to you to decide your fate.

Lastly, some people are really weird, selfish and corrupt. I wanted to solve a question today, I clicked and saw that someone had answered it by writing two sentences just to book space. I left that particular question. Imagine, the next 2 questions I clicked, this guy already booked space too. I think there should be a way to curtail this, it's really annoying now.

Due to delay in receiving my payment, I had to login to my sitrala and alas, it was that I ticked "Yes" in Withhold payment for this month and send it in the next payment date.

I just checked it.

Could that be the reason I haven't gotten alert yet?

Any other first timers that are yet to receive payment should login to sitrala and check if that checkbox of withholding payment is ticked.
