The holy spirit doesn't speak to people in one particular way. It all depends on who you are and what is the holy spirit to you. Democracy is so beautiful when practice in the right manner but the way African politicians are going about it, is indirectly inviting the military to take over. There's little to no sense in what you're saying. The kidnappers could kill the kidnapped person if you don't pay the ransom. Even you talking would pay for your loved ones to get them out.
