jackmrandy:

Lagos a very deadly state. Full with greedy landlords, lawyers, agents and what have you. What I will advice you do, get a lawyer, if they want you to leave the house, a notice windows of 6months is ok to enable you prepare and source for another accommodation. Talk to the landlord. Get a lawyer who knows much about the tenancy law in lagos. Nor let them use you. If people open their mouth to tell you what they are going through in lagos you will. Be amaze. It's a f***King state.

The notice window should be after your rent has expired.

You guys should advise people right. Whether he leaves once his rent expires or choose to ask for grace period to look for a place, he'll pay 100% for occupying the apartment for the period he's going to be there. Quit notice after your rent expires doesn't mean you are going to stay in someone's house for free until you see a new place to move to.

I'll advise him to start looking for a place, then ask for refunds of whatever remains and leave. No point looking for trouble. No point going to court.

Leave all these your lie lie grammar.

Listen, No matter the third , fourth or fifth vendor grammar. If your certificate is real, your school or college will authenticate it wherever and whenever they are called to.

CSU under oath blantly, boldly and clearly denied the certificate your master submitted to Inec.

There is no grammar or apian way to cover it up. The certificate was forged. There is no explanation.

God bless you for standing for the truth. Most likely you are IPOB just like me.

I wonder what they understand by third party. Does third means you are free to enter a roadside computer shop to print your replacement certificate? The answer is no.

A third party is a partner or an affiliated organization with the main body. Whatever they do is approved by the main body. They work together. But here, Tinubu is telling us that anybody can be a third party.

What nönsense!

You were talking well, suddenly, you started talking about death and weed. Feel free to do any of that rubb!sh if you think they'll work for you.

A little challenge you are facing, you are already talking about committing suidicde or smoking weed? Who gave birth to you? What sort of fool!sh talk is that? What happens to exposing yourself to knowledge?

You talk as though you knew what they asked in the interview when you never knew. At least you were not sure of the answer. If you were, you'll talk. Stop telling me that sh!t about being afraid. Even without money, you still talk to girls to sleep with them, but when it comes to interview, you say you are timid. Just say you don't have answers to the question.

Hunger never do you bro. When it hits you well, you'll prepare well for interview.

Kobojunkie:
The country has been trading national progress for the sake of the poor for decades now and what has been the response from the poor in that time? To breed and multiply like rats. The population of Nigeria is expected to Ballon to over about 370 million in the next 25 years if current trend continues. Before the removal of subsides , the situation was already bad for the poor. Do you think it is going to get better 25 years from now if no drastic changes are made to correct the many problems in the country now? undecided

2. The poor need to change. And adversity typically presents the best opportunity for the change needed. undecided

You always talk like you live in abstraction.

Who said Nigeria is going to get to 370M? When last did you conduct census to actually know the population of Nigeria before you begin to project?

Op is talking about today and you are talking about 25 years to come. Go and change them nah.

Politics / Re: Google Celebrates Nigeria At 63 || How Are You Celebrating Today? by samuelson06(m): 2:12am On Oct 01, 2023
There's absolutely nothing to celebrate in Nigeria. Tinubu has brought suffering to all Nigerians. As a nation, we were already at the cliff of hardship that Buhari brought upon us since 2015. Then, Tinubu forced himself upon the country and became a catastrophe. He removed fuel subsidy without any plan to cushion the effect and as though that wasn't enough, he float the naira. Today, the Nigeria economy is bastardized. Nigerians have been subjected to untold hardship.

For 63 long years the country hasn't made any tangible progress. Everything we know about good governance has always been on paper. Our roads and streets are bad. We can't have even 10 hours of uninterrupted power supply daily. There's crisis in the health and education sectors. The economy is bleeding and crying for help. People are committing suicide daily because of hardship.

There's nothing to celebrate here. There's no independence here. The last time I checked, we are still depending on the West and the rest of the world for handouts. I don't know why Nigeria has been so unfortunate with leadership.

Maybe we should remain hopeful that one day a savior will come forth for Nigeria. Sadly, we can only be hopeful and we've been in that realm since 1960.

May God help Nigeria.

Below is the video of Mayor of Chicago, Brandon Johnson wishing Nigerians happy Independence Day.

CC: Mynd44

This isn't what Nigerians need right now. As a nation, there's nothing to be happy about. Our nation is bleeding and we are seriously looking for a way to do away with the incompetence of the Tinubu administration, especially when considering the fact that he rigged himself into office. The Major should as a matter of necessity put more pressure on CSU to release Tinubu's academic record in their possession. That's what we need right now.

The evil circle surrounding Nigeria must be broken and the time is now. The whole world must join hands to help Nigeria to break free from the chains of death wrap all over her. The country is now 63 yet there's nothing to show for it. There's no development in any sector of the economy.

Nigeria needs freedom and freedom will come upon her at last.

The black man is getting weaker and weaker under the guise of victim mentality called “Racism”.

While we can condemn what the Napoli handle did, I don’t think it’s enough to start shouting racism and saying Oshimen should leave the club.

If Maguire were to be a black man, he would have hidden under racism to get back at those abusing him.

Nigerians are just dragging this too much. They already reprimanded the handle and I think men should move on.

The problem is that most Nigerian youths are jobless. They sleep and wake up on social media and tend to vent their frustrating situation about Nigeria on social media.
