I'd prefer not to have any children than have a kid like him. I am certain he talks down on his mom because his father also disrespects her too.

The other day in my neighborhood, I overheard a boy outrightly insulting his mom, and even called her a prostitute. Pathetic lots!

Trust me, it's the father. Children watch and learn without saying a word. That's how the father has been treating the woman and he's been watching since being a toddler. And today he's doing the same. If the mother should touch him now, the man may come back attacking her. That family is gone.

People would say buy land and resell. But the point is that getting to do such business full-time can lead to your death. It's a very risky business, especially in urban areas. Generally, buying or selling a landed property could be a very big problem. Two, how many lands can you see to buy within six months? Lastly, insecurity is rife in Nigeria, and doing such business can expose you to risk of getting kidnapped. Land agents can easily set you up for kidnapping. Beware!

In Nigeria today, if you have good money to start a business, I'd advise you go into content creation. Go get trained by someone that knows—not starting casually like most people are doing. However, you'd have to be very careful here as it requires adequate planning. Once you succeed here, you can hide yourself and family in any neighborhood that you want. No one really knows you or keep taps on you in the tech space.

Meanwhile, if you like Calabar, I can link you up to buy an uncompleted building with peace of mind 100%.
