It isn't even just investors ( there have been no significant investors local or foreign coming into the SE for several years now - the geographical risk premium is to high for market size) My concern is for those hard working igbo men and women outside the south east. You cannot start a low intensity war and expect the people you are fighting to greet you with flowers in the morning.
