I continued registration of domains even when I haven't made a sale. And I knew I had to read more to know exactly what end users want in geo domains. let me tell you, most people you see reporting sales here have an over 100portfolio of domain names, some 1000portfolio.
You can have a portfolio of 10domains or 20domains and expect to report sales every week.

Keep trying to sale your little portfolio, read more via Google and name pros, register good names, when you come across them. Sell for reasonable prices even if it's ($50) I made such sale last week for a domain name that is close to 20 characters with just one end user. I sold it to him because I saw even on $100 he wasn't willing to buy and was comfortable with his dot net extension, he sticked to $50. And guess what, had to sell to him. Because I got the domain for $1.

I saw a really nice domain. geo(pop =200k+) + keyword. but it's more than 30 days since dropped. I'm skeptical because I was thinking maybe if it's good top domainers would have taken it

there are a lot of end users for the domain..
