The use of live bullets to dispel civil protesters should not be an option for any Nigerian security personnel...
Since the agitators have desired to employ protest as a means of expressing their displeasure to the government... more humane approaches should have be on deck as options by the security units...
I will therefore charge our security forces to put in mind that resolving the protest should not be seen as clamping down terrorists group...
Note that unarmed persons and passerbys can be harmed by the use of extra force approach...
Let's not use a hammer to smash a fly sitting on a glass table .. Remember that every life counts...
To those who are beneficiaries of this act of clemency... it's a great relief to them and their loved ones...
But those who deliberately indulge in crimes should not assume clemency would be finally served to reduce or evade their punishment....
As we all know that prevention is better than cure... We as Nigerians ... can build a society where crime is zero... if we uphold integrity and patriotism above corruption and violence...
CommentatorPro: Nigeria is a country blessed with talent, resources, and resilience — yet it continues to struggle under the weight of bad leadership, corruption, and poor governance. From unreliable electricity to the rising cost of living, it sometimes feels like every sector is crying out for help.
Now imagine this: you suddenly become the President of Nigeria — but only for one week. You have full control to make key decisions, sign executive orders, and implement reforms. No bureaucracy, no political godfathers — just seven days to make a difference.
What would you fix first?
Would you focus on the economy, to bring down the price of food and fuel? Would you tackle security, ensuring that citizens can travel freely without fear of bandits or kidnappers? Or maybe you’d go straight to education, reviving schools, paying teachers well, and making universities work again?
Some Nigerians say they would start by cutting government salaries and reducing the cost of governance. Others believe the first step should be arresting corrupt politicians and recovering looted funds. A few even argue that constitutional reform is the only real solution to Nigeria’s endless cycle of problems.
Whatever your opinion, one thing is clear — most Nigerians know exactly what they want fixed; they just haven’t had the power to do it.
So, let’s hear from you If you had just one week as Nigeria’s President, with total authority to act, what’s the first thing you’d change and why?
I have previously shared my intention to be Nigeria next President... but with regards to the question of what will be done with a one week opportunity in the Presidency office... I would say it is quite a short time to initiate or establish a revived Nigeria...
But here are what would be my initial priority as President of Nigeria...
1. Alleviate the economic hardship on citizens through reversal of some policies... and introducing healthy policies... 2. Ensure every life count... and true justice is served ... 3. Review the security architecture... to meet up with present needs... 4. Reorientation of Nigerians on the values of integrity and true patriotism... 5. Review the energy supply architecture... for better efficiency...
There are more things I have already laid down... but it is better "practicalized" than discussed...
With 65 feathers into our cap... Nigeria has much events to reflect and learn...
One crucial point among the summary lessons... you can not eat your cakes and still have them...
If you trade your conscience by choosing and supporting persons without integrity, wisdom, and character... then don't expect castles to be built from ruins... rather prepare to see castles becoming ruins...
Over the years... our calamity has increased because of incapable leadership... so play your part to ensure that you do not add to the sufferings of Nigerians by supporting corruption...
Also... I will play my part by presenting myself to become the next President of Nigeria... and I look forward to this happening soon...
adenigga: The industrial dispute between the Dangote Petroleum Refinery and the Petroleum and Natural Gas Senior Staff Association of Nigeria took a dramatic turn on Saturday as the union ordered seven branches to cut off crude oil and gas supplies to the $20bn facility.
In a letter dated September 26 and signed by its General Secretary, Lumumba Okugbawa, the union accused the refinery’s management of sacking its members in retaliation for exercising their constitutional right to join the union.
The union’s move marks an escalation in the standoff, with PENGASSAN accusing the refinery of anti-labour practices and the unlawful sack of its members.
In the directive issued to its branch chairmen, PENGASSAN instructed its branch chairmen in key upstream and midstream oil companies, including TotalEnergies, Chevron, Seplat, Shell Nigeria Gas, Oando, and Nigerian Gas Infrastructure Company, to immediately cut off all crude oil and gas supplies to the refinery.
PUNCH Online reports that the directive comes after PENGASSAN alleged that Nigerian workers were sacked by Dangote Refinery after joining the union, claiming that management also withdrew staff buses and denied entry to locals while allowing expatriates access.
The union threatened to picket the refinery if the situation was not addressed.
Dangote maintained that the restructuring was necessary after what it described as recurring acts of sabotage in different units of the refinery, which posed serious risks to human lives and operations.
As a result, PENGASSAN instructed its branches in TotalEnergies, Seplat, Chevron, Oando, Shell Nigeria Gas, Renaissance, and NGIC to cut gas supply to the refinery immediately.
The union described the move as “illegitimate” and accused the refinery of spreading misinformation instead of addressing the matter through dialogue.
“As you are aware, the Management of Dangote Petroleum Refinery has disengaged our members in reaction to the exercise of their constitutional right to being unionized.
“They have gone further on a mission of misinformation and propaganda to justify this illegitimacy rather than engaging meaningfully with us to right the wrong.
“Consequent to these, you are hereby directed to cut off gas supply to NGIC effective immediately. All crude oil supply valves to the Refinery should be shut. The loading operation for vessel headed there should be halted immediately,” the directive read.
The union further mandated the NGIC Chairman to ensure strict compliance with the order and told all branch chairmen to give regular updates on the action taken.
“NGIC Chairman, ensure that gas supply to the Refinery is cut off effective immediately. All chairmen on this summons are to report promptly the progress of the directive. Kindly accept the assurances of our highest esteem. Thank you,” the statement read.
Reaffirming its solidarity, PENGASSAN ended the directive with its slogan: “Injury to one! Injury to all!”
On Thursday, the company announced it would suspend petrol sales in naira from September 28 following the exhaustion of its crude-for-naira allocations.
Presently there is so much disorderliness in Nigeria... and a need to "press the reboot button"...
Just as I previously stated... no secular union should override the sovereignty of a nation...
Although... some unions and associations have positive impact on the country... but some neither add value nor have developed any part of Nigeria...
For example among the defaulting unions... NURTW, RTEAN... who continuously and forcefully collect taxes from commercial drivers but never positively impart into these drivers welfare...
I will therefore advise other unions... such as PENGASSAN... not to follow the path of non-progressive unions... rather should reassure business owners of what and how they presence in organizations will contribute to increase business profitability... and personnel decorum...
The proposed enacted tax policy will spell doom to the economy of Nigeria.... it is like adding petrol on burning coals... because Nigerians are presently surviving... rather than exploring...
This is painful... Under harsh times as these,.. Fathers , Brothers, Colleagues, Friends are heartlessly murdered almost on daily basis... not by foreigners but by fellow citizens...
I share my heart felt condolence to the families of the deceased... and pray that they find comfort and consolation due to this loss...
Banditry had over time blossomed in Nigeria... because wicked persons willing to fulfill their political ambitions... had purchased weapons illegally and given them to vain persons to corruptly force their way into power...
But after the elections are over.. these weapons are used to cause mayhem within communities....
Kingzjayzee: The notorious political assassin and alleged commander of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) and its armed wing, the Eastern Security Network (ESN), Ifeanyi Eze Okorienta, popularly known as “Gentle de Yahoo” who was arrested by the Nigerian Army on Tuesday, named Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodinma as one of the major sponsors of insecurity in the state and by extension, the South-East region.
Gentle De Yahoo, a dreaded terrorist and killer, was arrested by troops of the 34 Artillery Brigade after years terrorized communities across Okigwe and neighboring areas, during a coordinated intelligence-driven operation at his hideout in Aku-Ihube, Okigwe Local Government Area of Imo State.
Military sources said the feared kingpin was nabbed following a successful operation coordinated and executed by troops of the 34 Artillery Brigade, working closely with sister security services and other law enforcement agencies.
“During the raid, troops seized a cache of weapons and other items linked to the group’s violent activities,” one of the sources said.
“Recovered items include One English-made pistol,120 rounds of 7.62mm special ammunition, 25 rounds of 7.62mm NATO ammunition, One cartridge, Six mobile phones, Military and Police uniforms, and, a German flag, reportedly used as a symbol by the terror group.
“In addition, the troops uncovered a workshop used to dismantle stolen vehicles for resale, disrupting a major criminal enterprise in the region. Ten motorcycles found at the scene were destroyed to prevent further use in criminal operations”.
However, a video shared on social media platforms has indicated that before his arrest, the criminal had implicated Uzodinma in the insecurity situation in the region by confessing that the governor held several meetings with him, other criminal commanders and an unnamed man whom he referred to as his master.
In the video, the terrorist is heard saying:
“If Imo State Gov. Hope Uzodinma is denying that he did not have meetings with me Gentle and my master and all the rest of the commanders, if Hope Uzodinma swear over it, Hope Uzodinma must die.
“I am standing here to let the world and our people to understand the kind of evil man Hope Uzodinma is.
“I am standing firmly and standing ‘gidigbam gidigbam’ telling our people that if Hope Uzodinma did not have meeting with me and my master and other commanders, let me not be alive.”
Kudos to the Nigerian Armed Forces for this precise operation...
I encourage youths to flee from gangsterism... rather channel their energies to positive solutions and collaborations... for a peaceful, moral, and prosperous society...
I commiserate with the United Bank of Africa family for this tragic incident... I also pray that the victims and family members of the deceased find consolation and comfort in times like this...
But beyond the Health and Safety lessons to be learnt and imbibed by this incident... it is needful to note that the crowd surrounding the premises definitely slowed down the pace for emergency rescue...
The unpleasant attitude of most Nigerians in crisis scenes is disorderly.. Many persons resort to shouting, video shooting, and crowding the vicinity of the accident scene... but they have no basic knowledge of first aid... or safety drills to rescue victims during such panic mode...
I think it is time to revive our national emergency hotline... and when there exist an emergency accident... only trained personnel should be within 300meters to the crisis scene...
Shagreenn: The man you are seeing in this video is Ngozi Ogbu, a politician in imo state who was abducted fews days ago by the separatists. Residents of Imo State are still in shock after the abduction of this former member of the Imo State House of Assembly, who represented Okigwe Constituency. The incident occurred on Sunday, September 7, 2025, in Onuimo Local Government Area, when armed men believed to be separatist agitators intercepted Ogbu’s vehicle and whisked him away at gunpoint.
Now, a chilling video surfaced online showing the former lawmaker in captivity. In the footage, heavily armed men identified as members of the so-called Liberation Army issued threats, demanding that security operatives deployed around the “White House” in Okigwe should be withdrawn or they will kill the politician and others under their custody. Authorities in Imo have since launched a full-scale rescue operation, deploying tactical units, intelligence officers, and local security outfits to track down the kidnappers and secure Ogbu’s release. The police spokesperson in the state confirmed the abduction but urged residents to remain calm, assuring that every effort is being made to bring him back alive.
The state government has also condemned the abduction, calling it a direct attack on democracy and peace in Imo. They warned that criminal gangs hiding under the guise of agitation will be crushed. For now, tension remains high in Okigwe and surrounding communities, as the people anxiously await word on Ogbu’s safety. The police have not yet confirmed any breakthrough in the rescue mission, but security patrols have been intensified, and surveillance is ongoing. This abduction adds to the growing wave of insecurity in the South-East, where high-profile kidnappings, attacks on security agents, and violent clashes have become more frequent.
As investigations continue, residents hope that Ngozi Ogbu’s ordeal will end soon, and that justice will be served against those responsible. In the video below, the Politician was seen begging all to do the needful to save his life.
Negotiating with the devil is and will always be a NO No...
Anyone indulging in criminalities... and maiming people... should know that if they need freedom... then they should flee as fugitives to barren lands... But coercing others through ransoms should not be accepted... because such practice once permitted will become a tradition...
Concealing information about criminals within your surroundings... is like hiding viper's eggs... once they hatch... they will return to sting you...
Therefore... I advise the good people of Imo not to conceal... rather disclose identities of criminals... no matter their self acclaimed charms... they are not ghosts...
Also... security agencies should focus on thorough intelligence... so that these criminals can be singled out... without harm to the innocent residents...
I pray to GOD... for the safe return of the distinguished honourable and others in captivity...
I appreciate the security analysis of the CDS... but I would not want to discuss security solutions at this moment... till I assume office of the President (note that I will contest for this office in coming election)...
But every Individual should know that no one has monopoly of violence... although we don't encourage hostile relationship among communities... but no tribe should assume they can wipe out another to inherit their land...
I would say let those practicing cattle rearing be duly registered with Corporate Affairs Commission... and all their cattle shepherds be employed into this organizations... this will make this more business-like rather than disorganized...
Also all cattles should henceforth be enclosed in ranches... just as poultry farmers do to their chickens... because nomadic farming no longer fits into our contemporary times...
jpphilips: During the Aburi Conference, Ojukwu accused the then IGP Salem of negligence, which led to the death of Igbos up North in a pogrom that claimed around 30,000 lives, a bitter precursor to the civil war. In his Defence, the IGP placed the blame on NAP, the Northern Authority police, the then regional police in the North, according to Salem, the National police did all it could but the regional police continued with the killings, in other to forestall any re-occurance, Ojukwu proposed the centralization of the armed forces, something in practice till date, first implemented in the Decree 8 of 1967.
By centralizing the armed forces, the Federal police became the sole law enforcer in the land, ever since, there has not been a repeat of 1966 pogrom, fast forward today, our irresponsible and ignorant politicians for their selfish reasons want to return us to pre-1966, it wasnt just the igbo pogrom that suffered under NAP, in the western region, after the 1964 elections, Awolowo lost seat majority to Akintola who was backed by the federal might, on the other hand, Awolowo was backed by the WRNAP the then western regional police, this misgivings gave rise to two years of bitter clashes and killings that forced the central government to carve out the Mid-western region from the Western region, through out the short period we practiced Regional police, nothing good came out of it, why would someone in his right senses today think state police will solve any problem, despite our ethnic biases?
Every African country with tribal sentiments breaks apart as soon as they establish state police, the case of the Tigray region and South Sudan comes to mind, even if we can't learn from our own experience, why can't we learn from other people's experience? Imagine a lagos state dominated by Yoruba state police, how do you expect an igbo man to get justice in Lagos under such arrangement? How do you expect igbos to feel safe when the Yoruba-dominated state police actors felt slighted that an igbo man has won a state or federal election in Lagos state?
A wise man once said, “The surest way to solve a crisis is never to create it.” State police will be the final nail in the coffin of this nation.
Thank you for reminding us...
History is good because it helps the wise not to repeat the mistakes of the predecessors... State police is a bad idea at a bad time...
For Nigeria to progress... it has to be one united people with one constitution...
This is sad and a loss... My heart felt condolence to the families of the slain personnel and NSCDC...
But we need to revisit the modus operandi of armed personnel safety while on duty... one of which is the use of bulletproof vests and helmets...
Presently Nigeria has its own local manufacturer of such... DICON... so these bulletproof vests should be available to personnel... because casualty numbers as these are red signals and demoralizes other personnel...
dboY1123: Good morning all I want us all to look into a request from a returning parent and come up with suggestions, advise, examples(picture samples) etc. A family left our school some years back while their daughters were in nursery and lower pry classes.
They're planning to come back now while they are in the secondary sch Ss2 and SS 1 now One going to SS2 didn't do well in our entrance test at all which we advised to repeat. The SS1 performed excellently So parents said they can't be in same classes. That they will get extra teachers you know their excuses.
The reasons why they left was that they took them to a Faith based sch so they could learn their religion, Islam, Long hijabs. Now coming they want us to allow them wear hijabs in which I said NO cos ours isn't a Faith based sch as I won't even allow Christians SU cover their hair in sch.
I suggested that they buy them beret caps and wear after sch. So the parents went back home to think over it.
Do you think we should bend our rules to accommodate them buy allowing Beret, which the parents agreed to or we should maintain our standards knowing fully well that other parents would replicate.
Also I think IRS is now a compulsory subject in secondary schools new curriculum

Greetings Proprietor..
It's good to seek counsel when decision making looks glaring... there is nothing wrong in your students wearing hijab or covering their hair while in school... as long as the face is not covered...
Be reminded of the recent court judgment which ruled that the National Youth Service Corp (NYSC) allow use of skirts by females in service... this means dressing that suits individual sense of religious inclination are permitted...
The only points where this may not be complied... where such dressing is scanty... or pose as a threat to others...
So let the students who wish to express positive values walk freely within you school premises...
We all know that statistics does not always put food on the table...
The true measure of economic achievements should be... do average Nigerian feed four square meals... is the option of inter state airfare affordable by many... how many businesses are folding up or springing up... and yet other yardsticks as parameters to assess... not submitted figures...
So where are we presently... using these parameters to assess Nigeria?..
The policeman in lekki has actually committed a very serious mistake by killing one okada man due to their refusal to give them the okada that they requested for.
In the course of their disagreement, the policeman intentionally killed one of the okada men and this actually led to a great protest in lekki. The people came out en mass to voice out their anger against the ongoing police brutality that is insidiously emerging in the nooks and cranny of the country.
Police untamed brutality... and the use of thugs to harass unarmed civilians in Nigeria must stop...
We should not forget End SARS saga... how many lives were destroyed without pity... Every life must count in Nigeria...
NPF personnel should remember that without the delegation of authority to them by the people... they service would not be required... The erring personnel should be arrested and face justice...
My heart felt condolence to the family and friends of the deceased...
Racoon: "Major Wars and Conflicts Involving the Nigerian Armed Forces." - #history_daily
The Nigerian Armed Forces have sacrificed much to procure peace to many... Salute to fellow warriors who discharge these duties without corruption...
I encourage the Military to do their part to ensure good governance... especially in the season of elections... and remember that a good government in power will imply good welfare for personnel and citizens...
If we want to reverse these negative economic trends in Nigeria... then get ready your PVC... and encourage your neighbors to get theirs ready...
Realize that you can not eat your cakes, and still have them back... so let's diligently listen to know what are the remedies offered by the next presidential election candidates... Then CHOOSE WISELY!..
I will be contesting for the office of Nigeria President... and have good remedies to revive our economy.. . and restore us back to glorious days...
Yiaga Africa has asked President Bola Tinubu to publish the names of potential candidates for the position of chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) and subject them to public scrutiny before screening by the national assembly.
Mahmood Yakubu, the INEC chairman, will step down in October after serving the maximum two terms, totalling 10 years, while about 10 national commissioners will also leave office before the 2027 elections.
Speaking on Friday during a roundtable discussion on “Safeguarding the Independence of INEC”, Samson Itodo, executive director of Yiaga Africa, said the transitions “would perhaps make INEC weaker and also impact the quality of the next elections”.
“And so, we have said that aside from the constitutional requirements of questionable integrity and non-partisanship, there’s a great need to look for people who have experience in elections or in a related field because elections are a complex technical activity,” Itodo said.
“The second point is to look for individuals who are independently minded, individuals who cannot be swayed by any form of political persuasion, individuals who can withstand political pressure because it serves the interest of Nigeria, whether it is the incumbent or even the opposition.
“And for the third part, you need people with mental alertness. The INEC job is very complex and tasking, so you need people who are alert to manage elections.
“Before he sends a nomination to the national assembly, can you publish the list of people he’s considering, ask citizens and civil society and professional organisations to submit objections and memos on those people, interview them, and have a first screening process before you send those names?
“If the next elections are really going to be credible and the perception of integrity is going to be high, it’s going to begin with the appointment process for the next INEC chairman and the national commissioners.
“And so, we are saying that the president has an opportunity, and the national assembly does have an opportunity to do what will inspire public confidence in this electoral process and let them not treat these appointments with any form of executive overreach or political manipulation.”
Although Yiaga Africa point of view may be acceptable by many... but in Nigeria real life scenario... it would not achieve a free and fair election...
You need to understand that the office of the President supersede all others... which is the right thing... and the legal clause of any office or agency been independent is a mere paper work... because the President oversee and veto decisions...
The only way to have an INEC leadership with "biting teeth"... is to scrap the nomination of individuals to become INEC Chairman... then the office of the INEC leadership should be committed to the Council of States (which comprise the former Head of States)...
Because the Council of States is the only body that can confront face to face... any sitting President or election candidates...
When this change is achieved... then we can have a free and fair election in Nigeria...
Remember... I will contest in the next election... for the office of Nigeria President...
guobe: The Nigerian economy is booming as things are going smoothly for everybody as even keke price is now over 4 million naira.
Nigeria present economy is not smiling...
Nigerians have resorted to window shopping... while sellers are reducing products quality to achieve consumers buyable price...
My candid advice... let's prepare for the Nigeria next presidential election... I will be contesting... and will provide right solutions to reverse this present economic trends... and progress the wellbeing of every citizen...
Bananaman010: Hello friends in Nigeria, I am from China, I learned from the media that Nigeria is the most economically powerful country in Africa, is this really the case?
Nigeria indeed is a good place for good people...
If you intend investing in Nigeria... that's a good decision... I would encourage you to opt for setting up manufacturing company to harness on our renewed vision to be a global production hub...
Incorporating your business in Nigeria is easy... go to the Corporate Affairs Commission online website... register online... this should take you about a week process ..
Depending on your choice of business venture... some states presently are more business friendly and secure...
Ensure your business comply with government regulation... and it's community friendly...

treesun: SaharaReporters learnt the vehicle conveying the lawmaker broke down along the road, prompting the officers to seek assistance.
Two police officers attached to a yet-to-be-identified member of the Imo State House of Assembly were killed on Sunday evening, August 3, 2025, in an ambush near the Okigwe Roundabout.
In a police wireless message obtained by SaharaReporters on Monday, the attack occurred at about 5:35pm when the lawmaker's convoy came under heavy fire from "suspected members of the Eastern Security Network (ESN) and Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) militia."
SaharaReporters learnt the vehicle conveying the lawmaker broke down along the road, prompting the officers to seek assistance.
It was during this attempt that the assailants launched a deadly attack, killing the two policemen instantly.
The attackers reportedly made away with the officers' rifles following the assault.
However, the whereabouts of the lawmaker remain unknown at the time of this report, raising concerns about a possible abduction.
The police message read, "ATTACK ON POLICE OFFICERS X SUN. AUG 3, 2025 X BE INFORMED THAT AT ABOUT 1735HRS VERY CLOSE TO OKIGWE ROUNDABOUT X TWO POLICEMEN ATTACHED TO A YET TO BE IDENTIFIED HONOURABLE MEMBER WERE ATTACKED BY ESN/IPOB MILITIA AND THEIR ASSAULT RIFLES CARTED AWAY X FURTHER INFORMATION HAS IT THAT THE HONOURABLE MEMBER'S VEHICLE BROKE DOWN ALONG THE ROAD AND IN A BID TO SEEK ASSISTANCE X THESE MILITIAS OPENED FIRE ON THEM KILLING TWO POLICEMEN ON THE SPOT WHILE THE HONOURABLE MEMBER IS NOT YET ACCOUNTED FOR X FURTHER SITREP WILL BE COMMUNICATED IF THE NEED ARISES X ABOVE FOR YOUR KIND INFORMATION."
SaharaReporters recently reported that no fewer than 240 people were killed while at least 270 others were abducted by non-state actors across the South-East region of Nigeria between December 2024 and January 2025, according to a report.
The Intersociety report gave a breakdown of the killings and kidnappings across the states in the South-East region within the two months, noting that while kidnappers raked in millions of Naira from their victims.
My heart felt condolence to the Nigerian Police Force and the families of the slain officers...
Also... I sympathize with the Honourable Legislator who was involved in this traumatic and violent attack...
The unknown gun men are actually not unknown as many assume... they are indigenes of communities who were beguiled by the fallacies of Nnamdi Kanu hate speech...
I believe Nnamdi Kanu could not have captured the minds of once ambitious individuals... except he had bewitched them...
Although most people and communities in the South East are beginning to awake from this nightmare... and boldly confronting these blind folded violent few...
But to totally overcome this menace .. we need collective prayers... and re-orientation of mind... to imbibe the true culture of brotherhood...
Irrespective of the general complaints of government corruptions and marginalisation as once spearheaded in the discourse... no region in Nigeria is spared from the consequences of these leadership failures...
Hence... I urgent the good indigenes of the South East,.. just as in our nature... to boldly speak and resist the entrenchment of violence... and give no hiding place for these criminals within the community...

Nigeria is indeed a rising African powerhouse.
A rising colossus and global commercial juggernaut.
This is the first time in post-colonial African history we are seeing this level of high-stakes, capital-intensive, direct African executive involvement in major foreign economies.
Really a nice documentary of Nigeria... it's worth sharing...
Thank GOD for the enterprising spirit in good Nigerian citizens... to excel as lilies in a mire..
In the midst of the surging stores of corruptions , kidnappings, and banditry... let's also promote the good news of our testimonies worthy of emulation...
Also kudos to our Tigress on the victory in the basketball final...
Apart from food and drugs imports... due to their need for life... my proposal as I run for the office of the President of Nigeria... is local brands first... whether monopoly or not...
We gain a lot as a country ...when local manufacturer have full market access... I would encourage importers of foreign brands to reconsider developing their manufacturing plants here in Nigeria... because local manufacturers will be favored against importers...
But just as I earlier mentioned... the indigenes of Plateau and Benue communities need to sponsor vigilante groups... as a temporal solution... rather than await their state governors reactions... As the rule states... safety first...
My heart felt condolence to families, friends, and associates of the slain...
This must be a RSVP occasion... Rice Stew Very Plenty...
Imo state... which also is my home state... has a beautiful and planned scenery... ideal for tourism...
The present governor... Governor Hope Uzodinma is also doing some landmark projects like the Control round about bridge... Imo Conference Centre... and other constructions and renovations in multiple locations...
Owerri is also home to a collection of world class hotels... So for your vacation in a serene environment... or businesses who want to have their workshops... or hosting international events... then Imo state is ideal and open...
