The way BEDC estimate bill is weird. Our bill keep rising astronomically. We hardly see the light. We started with a bill of 2100 2 years ago for our residence. Now it is 5230. I asked my dad if we are running pure water business or even ice cream. We shed load here in Eku delta state. We have enough transformers but the the *step down * has a small carrying capacity. BEDC is robbing us.
