I think this is the best offer for losing weight if you can stick to it, otherwise you need to psychologically investigate yourself. Check when you started adding weight, what triggered depression that led to your love for food. When u ascertain the reason then you can have a turn around through taking moderate exercises a day such as running for 2 to 5 mins everyday. Do not do half an hour run cos you will be so stressed out that you wont be able to go the next day. Maintain the 2 to 5 mins run everyday and see positive results within 3 days.
Also, one of the key reasons why most Nigerians are overweight is inability to count the number of calories consumed in a day, this is partly due to unethical labeling of foods in Nigeria, you can actually monitor your calories by eating moderately. Do not eat because you have nothing to do, eat because you are hungry.
Also, it is key you buy a scale to weigh your size now, record the weight. Undertake the 2 to 5 mins exercises then weigh yourself again after 3 days.
Reducing the amount of calorie intake is important for example if you eat three pieces of chicken a day, reduce it to 2. Take light meals for breakfast and have a nourishing lunch for example consume lots of fruits, vegetables and avoid fatty food like Mr Biggs, Mr Small.
Overtime i will give you a tip that will help you lose 1.5kg in a day, its not a joke. Av done it and it worked. All you need to do is exercise no pills or drinking protein enhancing drugs.

Its better to have the baby, even if you are not ready yet to keep it you have family that may assist you. Its a complicated situation and don't make it worse by seeking abortive measures. Unprotected sex is sweet but always ensure you use contraception, the best effective contraception is the oral pill administered orally by the girl. Nigeria has a distance equivalent to triple of a century to achieve the state of a developed nation.

All these thieves parading around as leaders, its terrible !!! Buhari camouflaged as an undertaker who will tackle corruption but the situation so far seem to be in favor of the same old criminals. This guy Amaechi landed at the Airforce base, SHAME NO DEY CATCH YOU !!! A state you governed for 8 years yet you couldn't do anything about the International Airport. To make matters worse, the same government parading as corruption undertaker has approved you as a Minister (only in Nigeria) !!!
In a developed nation, if you fail in your duties, you will never hold such or similar position again but in Nigeria the reverse is the case.
Buhari shouldn't deceive people in the name of tackling corruption, call a spade a spade, recently there has been probe on individuals but the outcome and proceeds of the crime is insignificant, how can someone embezzle $50, million and you charge such person to court, the court sits and grant bail in the sum of N 500,000 (This is not justice). You need to demonstrate that assets and funds in the likely sum was recovered and the ministry where such proceeds will be invested (This is being transparent).
Amaechi is a known culprit who obviously embezzled funds just like other politicians, why nominate him again for a public post when his track record is tarnished. There are over 180 million Nigerians who can occupy such post yet you choose to offer it to a member of the cabal.
Nigerians should wake up as this is not the way towards tackling corruption
Those officials who held public offices should not be exonerated until a panel of Independent Committee nominated by trusted external partners of Nigeria sits through their case files, align their previous allocated funds to what has been achieved so far in the states. I have an Immaculate condition Toyota Avensis 2000 model for sale, I shipped this car from the UK to Nigeria but haven't drove it for up to 5 hours because i'm not based in Nigeria.
I am willing to sell it cos i haven't been there to utilise it well. I can do it for 650k. The car's engine is sound, the AC chills like a freezer and 1.8Litre engine with Automatic gear, very economical.
