I watched the whole 1 hour plus podcast on YouTube and even downloaded it, so that I can show my colleagues soon.

Oh, boy! The guy don see shege promax from the hands of Mayowa. Anyways, he's the one that allowed his wife to go ahead with the arrangee marriage so that she could travel to US for Green Card, based on the fact that Mayowa na another stubborn human being wey devil don use finish.

Mayowa is now in her fifth marriage and maybe counting.

I need advice please and good evening to everyone.

So I manage a college and around January last year I got my friend a job at my firm as the Academic Coordinator; from the moment he took the job up until now it has been one issue or the other.

This guy just has to create four slides in a week: that’s Monday to Friday: 9 to 4 and we still have to fight and beg and remind this guy to provide these slides.

The funny thing is that I wasn’t GM when I brought him in but he was present when I was promoted. My predecessor advised me to sack him then and phase him out and I said and thought I could speak sense into him.

Believe me I have begged, spoken to him, shouted at him done everything to get him to change but to no avail.

Please what do you guys advise, I really want to sack him because of his impact on operations and on my reputation but as a man I have been reluctant to take his living from him even though he has no kids and I have three.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

PS: I don’t really keep friends so I asked two strangers today for advise - an uber guy and a random street dude I met on the island today; at different times though.

One said since I know some of his friends I should call a round table and report him, the other man said that’s a bad idea but didn’t really gimme anything substantive.

My candid advice is for you to abort the idea of marrying her because she would show you shege financially. She's very stingy and not cut out to give out even though she has some cash. Apart from that, whenever she has cash, she would never tell you based on the fact that, she want you to finance her well-being and all.

That's the biggest RED FLAG of all. She would suck you dry and move onto the next simp later. Please and please, don't marry the leech even though you've tasted her kpekus. Don't let kpekus blind your eyes and good sense of judgement, as you would definitely suffer in the future and be frustrated with regrets.

Look for a lady to support you in all ramifications. The time is not late to abort, even though you've introduced her to your folks and maybe you're already acquainted to her people too.

Don't try to change her, it won't work because leopards cannot change the spots on their skins.

Be guided.

Me for example, I am 45 and my last daughter is 17. It's possible before I get to 52-55 I will be a grandfather. Not to talk of even before 50, that's if my first son who's 21 now don't carelessly impregnate someone's child

The Op is going to 60 years old. He is either a grandfather or about to. Those years he mentioned were a long time ago and I was already born then (early 70s). I saw and used most of those gadgets in Mushin, Lagos state.

We used black and white tv. I also played those games in the 70s - 80s in Mushin Police Barracks Olosan, Lagos state.

Those memories are the best forever. I wish I could turn back the hands of time to relive it.

Our presidents pulled Nigeria into a state of hopeleness because of their greed. Nigeria would've been rubbing shoulders with US and UK. However, our leaders with their low mentality and greed, decided to sink us deeper into the ocean until we cannot breathe anymore.

The days of Zik, Awolowo and Shagari were the best times, compared to the rest wolves in sheep's clothing.

They would all bite the dust someday

The one that should be respected the MOST are teachers, because they are nation builders. They teach and impart knowledge which leads to national development and better professionals emerge from their output. However, they are not well paid. 2. Limited time – less time for rest, social life, or close supervision

My best bet, avoid single moms at all cost. They may look sweet on the surface, but when the cracks start setting in, the earthquake would be too gigantic to patch up on the long run.
