RomanceRe: When To Let Go As His Mum Battles For Her Life In Hospital by Sandralight(f): 9:31am On Nov 15, 2025
It's not easy to let go, death is final, like the person is gone forever and ever.
That love, that care you get from that person is gone, their presence is gone.
Love is something that is very hard to get in this world, Many people always throw the word around but unconditional love is extremely rare and that is what most Mothers feel for their children and what children feel for their mothers, a love that you feel protected in, someone you know you can turn to and when that person is taken from you is the most painful part of your life.

Please if your friend have the money, he should keep trying and praying, anything can happen, a miracle can happen and she can recover

Thank you very much. I am a sucker for sad stories. I was going to spend loads of money on her and her brother just now until I saw your post. She did not refute or rebut or clarify your post. Rather, from reading further down, it seems she blocked you.

We have to find a way of making sure these stories are actually true. I usually simply act when my spirit moves me. My spirit moved me greatly on this one and now it turns out to be a story from someone's imagination. I guess I was moved because I can relate with helping several family members not just to gain university admissions both in Nigeria and abroad, but also to pay their fees and accommodation for several years, despite being the younger person.

Those hoping on being remembered by siblings they help should perish such thoughts. We are a generation of the ungrateful. I have siblings who are older than me who studied abroad at my expense and live in Europe and North America today, but who are so ungrateful that it is near unimaginable. If I am the type with the constitution to help in expectation of reward, there would have been very serious conflicts by now. Don't do "shishi" in expectation of reward. Do it because you enjoy helping when you can.

I need to stop trusting my spirit when it moves me.
Good afternoon Sir, One thing I have learned nowadays is that many people have very short memories, you can spend your whole life helping them but the one time you couldn't meet up is what they will focus on.
I guess "gratitude is a burden" and many will find anyway to tell themselves they don't owe you anything so as not to feel guilty and since life is unfair, they will go on and live a good life.
That's why many people are gradually losing motivation to help others.
Sir if you still plan on been generous, I sincerely need it because honestly things are not easy and we are just pushing through and hoping for a miracle 🙏.

PoliticsRe: Life Now Ends At 40 In Nigeria Due To Poor Governance by Sandralight(f): 11:20pm On Nov 04, 2025
eejo:
Life start at 40 a popular saying in the 80s and 90s for Nigerians but today life ends at 40 for many Nigerians and it is only politicians, family and friends that now celebrate and live above 40s. This have to change and am committed to it. Every week many Nigerians in their 40s are buried with their dreams due to poor healthcare system and poor governance.
Nigeria is dead, inflation everywhere, our money is useless.
People are getting depressed everyday and losing hope, suic1de rate is high, everyone is just working to survive, just to get basic things.
We keep talking and talking but can Nigeria ever change in our lifetime.

Sir eejo good evening, I hope you continue your charity because your help is really needed this time
PoliticsRe: Obama And Clinton Contributed To Nigeria Insecurity by Sandralight(f): 4:43pm On Nov 03, 2025
eejo:
The USA govt invaded libya and killed Gaddafi in 2011 and ran away leaving the Country to Jihadist. Gaddafi arms flooded the sahel region and Nigeria was not spared. My SPECIAL THANKS TO NIGERIA SECURITY FORCES WHO PAID WITH THEIR LIVES DEFENDING THE COUNTRY AFTER AMERICA FAILED INVASION IN LIBYA. America intervention always end in disaster because their intelligent is always wrong from afghanistan to Irag we can all see that. I welcome giving Nigeria arms assistance to fight jihadist because USA made situation worse and will reject any attempt to violate our territory because attack on Nigeria is attack on the Black man only hope of fighting RACISM which is on the rise in the World at the moment. Nigerian Military should tackle corruption in the force for effective results.
A lot of people are fighting against this invasion that the USA want to do to Nigeria while some on the other hand want it to happen not because they don't understand the implications but because of hopelessness, poverty, many Nigerians feel that them alone can't stop this corrupt politicians.

No matter the "Movement" no matter the protests, it's like we are powerless against this elite that have hold the country hostage and no matter how you look at it many will want the country to burn and let's everyone suffer including the power that be than to continue living like this.
PoliticsRe: Nigeria NTA And Journalist Need To Wake Up by Sandralight(f): 5:36pm On Oct 29, 2025
eejo:
Over 50 people killed in Central Nigeria few days ago but no one heard about it. 95 percent of all incidents in Nigeria are never covered by news media and Nigerians have no idea what is happening in their country. 90 percent of incidents in Africa are never reported and that is why people continue to steal our resources without consequences. Look at the genocide in Sudan aided by United Arab Emirates because of Gold from Sudan. Africans need to start convering African stories and leave western news alone.
Good evening Sir eejo
This is sad,
I don't know if you have a platform for it so people can be sending you things that happens in their communities so the world can see it

RomanceRe: Old People's Home Will Soon Start Flooding Nigeria With The Rate Of Japa Of Youn by Sandralight(f): 12:34pm On Oct 12, 2025
They should even start doing this, I mean a lot of old people are dying with no one to take care of them, many selfish people give to so many children because they need someone to take care of them in their old age because Nigeria doesn't have retirement homes.

I feel even regardless of Japa, the government should do something about the elderly in the country, in America there are so many retirement homes where the elderly live till they die even without children they still live a fulfilled live but in Nigeria, if you don't have child to take care of you in your old age your own is finished

RomanceRe: Life As A Single Mother Is Hard, Don't Leave Your Marriage. by Sandralight(f): 2:11pm On Oct 11, 2025
It's always funny to me when people think "physical abuse" is the only reason women should leave marriage, what about "Mental and emotional abuse," or are women not humans too, mental abuse even kills more than physical abuse because you can't see it but it will be chipping away your very essence until you become a walking corpse.

There was an Aunty that died in our area some years ago, she was 44 years old and very beautiful, she died in her sleep due to high blood pressure, we all know the husband was a very big cheat, he sleep around with anything in skirt and many people told her to leave but she didn't when she died her husband got married 2 months later and it was her sister that was very angry that start exposing all the secrets in the marriage.

So apparently the husband was infertile and the husband mum and everyone was blaming the Aunty of been barren and the husband didn't support her, just told her to bear it because it will be an embarrassment if they find out the blame was on him.

So for years and years this Aunty kept the blame for their lack of children while the husband tried his luck outside with multiple women to see whether he can impregnate anyone of them and for years this Aunty developed HBP, Stress from years of been a good wife. From years of abuse from Mother in law that even knows the truth, from years of family and friends calling her barren and one day she slept and didn't wake up

So tell me if it's worth it to remain in a marriage like that but of course the man wasn't physically abusing her so everything is good right??
99% of married men will never stay with wives cheating on them so why do you expect wives to stay with husband cheating on them, women are humans too with emotions, if as a husband or wife you can't remain faithful than live the marriage and stop putting your partner in mental torture, we only have one life to live so shouldn't spend the limited time we have to be miserable.

shocked why those medicines ?

Very simple thing they now add medicines ? Is the cassava having fever or headache ? Is is not white enough ? When I stayed with my grandma, she used a simple process to make it.

I like Boba - the Asians use it in their drinks! it is made
from cassava starch.

Why would Nigerians add ibuprofen and acetaminophen to food production ??
Lol I think he is just exaggerating, probably heard rumors somewhere, why will they use expensive medicine to produce FuFu which is cheap like it doesn't make sense at all.

HealthRe: World Mental Health Day 2025 by Sandralight(f): 12:55pm On Oct 10, 2025
All I have to say is that we should take care of our mental health, stay away from people that put you down, those that abuse you and disguise it like they are after your best interest,
Those that manipulate and gaslight you and try to change things that happen to what they want you to believe so they can change things to their favor.

Those that damage your self esteem, all this could be from your partner or friends or family members and it doesn't matter, just stay away from people like these because we only have one life to live and dealing with mental stress can actually take years from your life.

There are people in their 40s 50s still dealing with what happened to them as teenagers and in their 20s, so it is best we remove these people from our lives and talk to someone if you are going through some challenges, it might not bring a solution but it will lift the burden a little bit.

Have a good day

So how did you avert the death prophecy? What did you do?
I just prayed and believe I wasn't going to die, the vision she saw was a big python coming towards me and I was just staring at it and I couldn't move.

In a way maybe she was right but it was not my death she was seeing but my mum death because I lost my Mum 2 months later but anyway everything happens for a reason.
