idris4r83: i dont know if u can be screened out 4 having high bp, but d answer 2 ur second question is yes they can be detected in the urine if they are specifically testing for it. but mainly why urine test is done is to 1.check if theres a protein in ur urine which may mean u have a problem with ur kidney 2.if theres blood in ur urine which also points 2 ur kidney or bladder, 3.if theres sugar in ur urine which indicates diabetes. i will advice u 2 go for the urinalysis cos high bp is treatable if d cause is detected early and i will suggest u reduce ur salt intake and improve on your exercise. try 2 c ur doctor for more advice.

It's only if you go that you'all have the priviledge of asking question from a world renowned scholar in the field of comparative religion. As a non-muslim, I want to assure you that if you go, you will be given first priority to ask questions regarding all the misconceptions you have about Islam and Christianity!
