I'm not saying that the Ikwerre people are Igbo, but I find it surprising that they bear Igbo native names. Though the Ikwerre people have constantly said that they're not igbo and disassociated themselves from the Igbo, I believe it's important for the Igbos to acknowledge and respect their wishes.
