Yes, We have some bad eggs among Us and government still have a lot to do on this issue..

Lawyer are worst than all these estate agent we mentioned. I've seen a lawyer who's demanding 15%-!5% for Agency and Legal cos he's the one managing the property..

Lawyers would advice their client pay less than 5% commission on sales to Agent, while they'll stand on 10% for their own fee. Some of them don't even go to court again, They've turn themselves to an agent/solicitors. Very greedy set of people!

With my experiences so far as real estate consultant, Lawyers are the ones teaching and corrupting the estate agents..
