Oke-Agala Estate is at Queen Elizabeth Road. It's less than 5min drive to UCH,Total Graden, Parliament Road and Mokola.

You should step Up your budget if you want a good 2 Bedrooms Flat around that Area.

Guys. Beware of blacklisted iphones o

Chief, stop spoiling people's hustle, you gain nothing in doing that. Sinebaba is one the trusted sellers on nairaland who has been in the game for so long..

Yes, We have some bad eggs among Us and government still have a lot to do on this issue..

Lawyer are worst than all these estate agent we mentioned. I've seen a lawyer who's demanding 15%-!5% for Agency and Legal cos he's the one managing the property..

Lawyers would advice their client pay less than 5% commission on sales to Agent, while they'll stand on 10% for their own fee. Some of them don't even go to court again, They've turn themselves to an agent/solicitors. Very greedy set of people!

With my experiences so far as real estate consultant, Lawyers are the ones teaching and corrupting the estate agents..

Buhari is nothing but a Bad luck to Nigeria and Nigerians.. He should just resign...

Once you have the right connect and links, to make it is very then. unless if you're not creative. But i must say, Federal government needs to work on its economic policies. It has more disadvantage than advantage.
