Congrats to all those pulled out of the pool this week, it's one step ahead. Two quick questions
1. My husband is the PA and our proof.of find came from my dad this week.into.our joint account. We entered the pool today and our score is 454 meaning that we may likely get an ITA in the next draw being two weeks or so from.now. we want to put the funds in treasury bills tomorrow, would the timeline of 2 weeks be too short as to raise suspicion? If yes, is LOE in order? We have a deed of gift.

2. If we are going for treasury bills is it necessary to also include statement of account and deed of gift

So I have a quick one, hubby and I are getting POF love sum from my dad into our joint account next week, we intend entering the pool first week of next month. Questions is
1) Can we buy treasury bills with the funds and use the certificate as well as gift of deed and bank statement in that the purchase would have been made one month prior submitting ITA

My hubby is the PA and I have a few questions regarding POF and spouse details.

POF
Our POF is a lump sum from my dad and we need clarifications on how my hubby can use it
1. Can my dad write a deed of gift for my hubby?
2. If no, should the money be transferred to me and then I transfer to hubby while hubby writes an LOE?
3. Should the money come from my dad to our joint account and then my dad writes a deed of gift?
4. After the POF has been transferred, is there still need to put it in fixed deposit or buy tbills?
5. If yes, how long should either of them run before submitting ITA

Spouse
I have been rejected US family visa with my maiden family before, should it also be included? where? and How?

Please I would.like to find out if I would have issues as I want to do medicals by end of October, and I am expecting my ECA first week of November, assuming there is a draw last week of November would there be any issue with the one month difference between medicals and ITA.
i leave in Ph and currently on leave, would one do at least do my medicals within my leave period and get an excuse for biometrics.

I reside in pH and my hubby is who is the PA is certain of getting an ITA once he enters the pool since he expects his ECA by the end of October.i am resuming from maternity leave by first week of November and we wanted to explore the option of doing both medicals and biometrics in Abuja during the last week of October as it will not be long before we get an ITA.i know upfront booking for medicals is possible don't know about biometrics.we will like to avoid a situation where we have to travel twice from pH to Abuja to do medicals and biometrics differently.please advice on the best way forward.Thanks.
