There was even a scene where Bella was sleeping on Adekunle's laps while Allyson was holding tight to him on the second day or so.

I actually expected him to have a problem with Allyson because of what happened but he didn't. So he had no problem per se. Any problem he had in level, they deserved it because these three Shegz, Bella and Doyin were provocative people who fought with almost everyone on the show and even fought with themselves. Lol.

DOptical:
Several girls liked Adekunle in level up however they preferred the richer guys. Bella said she liked Adekunle for example and was seen closely with him in the early days, sleeping on his laps and wearing his clothing. Allyson liked him and was even the one who went after him until Doyin advised her to go for the richer guys like Deji while adding that Adekunle wasn't rich enough but was living in one room according to her dream. Rachel also did.

I also felt Doyin did but had wanted to go after the rich guys first but when she couldn't get the richer guys, she tried falling back to Adekunle but he was already in an entanglement with Allyson at the time thus the reason why she did everything to sabotage them by advising Allyson to stay away from him.

Personally, I felt he handled the Allyson situation well. He had no problem with her or whoever she was with. The people whom he had problem with all deserved it. Shegz, Bella and Doyin. These three have problem with almost all the housemates both in their level and in other level, hence no one can say Adekunle was the problem.
