Sariahogbe11: My father is a citizen of America and has filed for citizenship for me but it's taking longer than expected, I'm about to apply to a university ( Vincennes University) as an international student, I have two questions 1) can I issue an f-1 visa and be given even though my dad is my sponsor? Or should I provide my Uncle's Soa instead 2)do I really need to submit a standardized exam at the embassy even though my school doesn't require it?
