To anyone it may concern, you can now pay your SEVIS fee through quick pay in selected first bank branches.

My father became a US citizen after I was born through naturalization, can a CBRA be filed for me, I'm below 18 years and he has been there for more than 14 years.

I'm applying for a f - 1 visa but my father is a citizen of America and has filed for citizenship for me but it's taking longer than expected and I need to resume by January. Should I mention this to the VO?

1) can I issue an f-1 visa and be given even though my dad is my sponsor? Or should I provide my Uncle's Soa instead
2)do I really need to submit a standardized exam at the embassy even though my school doesn't require it?
