Shit is real and it's is not funny at all here in New York. Health systems are stretched already. I fear how Africa will cope if the America and Europe are squealing.

you are very correct but I think some of them are frequent travelers and residents so they should have drivers license, moreover some countries allow you to use your local license for some time before you are required to change it but I don’t know how he law in US
