Hi,i like going through this thread without commenting because i have really gained alot.
The percentage of persons likely to succed with this your approach is very slim compared to what we have learnt here and if atall the few do succeed, they dont usually sustain it like the real investors.i will give you an example,my hubby bought a clean 2012 camry last year from a desperate guy for 1.5m who climbed to the top through the route you mentioned because he needed to feed and as i am writing this now, everything in his flamboyant appartment has been sold and his current whereabout unknown.
Note*I am less than 30.
With the advice i got from here i started tbills in 2017 with about 2.1m and i was able to compound it to 5.3m as at dec last year.
As i am writing now i have additional 920k cash not the ones i have used to buy gold and some few new wardrope waiting to add to it once it expires and also re-invest.
So imagine if i stumbled on this thread like 10 years ago.
Please be wise.[/quote]

Christianity EtcRe: As A Christian Brother Or Sister What Would Be Your Say (See Photo) by Satoshi2019: 3:20pm On May 24, 2020
It wasn't sin that produced d blessing. It was a natural process of childbearing or fertilization that produced d child. If for example I kill someone for money ritual and I become rich. People will say I am rich and blessed. But dies it make ritual a good thing? So that fornication produced a child does not in any way make fornication a virtue

What if you people contribute and give to person and the person dies?

I did that contribution thing once and noticed it's not for people like me who already have strong financial discipline.
What if d person that paid u died before his own turn. Life is full of what ifs. But that doesn't stop one from doing what works for him. Everybody cannot die dsame time. For me esusu is like a zero interest loan for investment especially wen I collect early in the schedule
InvestmentRe: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Satoshi2019: 3:42pm On May 23, 2020
For starters like me... Do u have a few trusted colleagues or acquaintances? Then contributions (esusu) can help in savings. Which in turn can be invested. My 2m in TB today is from proceeds from esusu at my workplace. And this was achieved within a year or so. To God be d glory

I feel really blessed knowing about this forum. I have really gained a lot of financial education here free of charge just by been a dedicated reader.
In the quest for financial freedom and to liberate my self from been dependent on salary, I started my financial saving journey since January last year, using both TB & MMF. I started with about 1m then, and have grown it to over 20m. This all happened with financial prudence and drastic cut down in unnecessary spending.
Am currently have all my savings in MMF as TB is no longer juicy. looking at saving up to the 50m and invest into FGN bonds, don't know if that's a good idea. I have decided not to go into building of houses to rent again, cos even the once I have, to see rent collect from tenants na war.

Thanks to the elders in the house (Oga Ahib, Oga ewumi, Oga conglomerate just to name a few) that have being dishing out this advice and sharing investment opportunities.

Any advice on how to preserve this little change wey to done gather is highly welcome.
Am I doing something wrongly. From 1m to 20m in less than 2years. Pls kindly let us know your approach in details however brief. Thanks

They still maintain the interest payment but I don't know if it's still 6.2% per annum cause it's not all the month I keep to the 100k minimum balance. I move all fund to MMF

Good day my ogas. Pls kindly weigh in on dis

I have 2m from my matured treasury bills. Since rates have gone south I decided to acquire a house. A Real estate company here on the Island is offering a juicy package. But I fear future service charge.

Which is better please economically ... Living in a serviced estate OR buying /building elsewhere. Note I'm a hustler not a High Income Earner

Okay. Tell us what you would rather do.
I would rather manage a shorter period even tho same rate. 91 or 182 days is consolable instead of leaving ur funds for 1year for a paltry interest
