Obviously
seborrhic:
If this narration by the baby mama is true,as it looks like,it clearly confirmed what one can garner from that video:that asides not having any semblance to rape, the the girl was clearly from a very spoilt & maybe dysfunctional home.It was clearly not the first time she was engaging in sex acts, probably group sex at that.
This is a girl that probably has a very high sex libido and since her first taste of it cannot stay very long without and so saw the Dubai trip as an avenue to satisfy her lust. The boys too are clearly spoilt as well.
If the history of that girl were to be revealed,it may even reveal more horrible things than the shame of this present video.

Thank you mama Bolu for clearing the air. Mods kindly push this to fp with the same energy UBfranklin pushed his misguided r*pe story.
Nairaland / General / Wizkid’s Babymama's Account Of Chrisland School’s Viral Tape by Satoshi2019: 6:38pm On Apr 18, 2022
Wizkid’s Son, Boluwatife Balogun was one of the few students chosen to represent their school at the recent world games hosted in Dubai.
This is where the recent clip of the Chrisland student’s im*oral act originated from. Wizkid’s baby mama before narrating what her son had told her based on his first-hand experience with what really happened in the viral clip which Ubi Franklin had tagged “R*pe”, said;

It took me a lot of thinking before dropping this comment. The way we just throw the word ‘R*PE’ around so loosely without considering how much damage it can cause.

Firstly, as parents, we need to pay close attention to our kids and what we expose them too, cos mahn it’s a crazy crazy world we live in.

Secondly, I accompanied my son to represent his school at the just concluded WSG and I can say for a fact that the 10 yr old in question was DEFINITELY not r*ped,”

Moving to narrate what Wizkid’s son had told her as the mother after the trip from Dubai, she said

“I remember vividly the ‘SHOCK’ in my son’s face when he was telling me about a video some other kid was watching, he said Mum, I couldn’t stand the video I had to excuse myself, he said the gist circulating was that the girl and her click played a game of truth or dare, of which this particular girl couldn’t stop with the mind bugging’ DARES’ I couldn’t believe my ears when I learned about the n*sty activities this lil kids get themselves involved in.

To make matters worse, even when she was accosted about the video, she was owing it with her full chest, saying yeah it’s me in the video and so.“
Adding to how troubled she is after watching the act performed by the underaged students of Chrisland School, she wrote;

“It bothered me so much, I needed to see this kids I question so I’ll know how to advice my child against such kids (well he knows better) before they use their reggae to spoil my blues. God Abeg.

But seeing this post now and the twist of it all, I just couldn’t take it ( cos I know for a fact how very very strict the teachers were on this trip) blaming such im*orality and negligence on the school is unfair cos it DEFINITELY WASNT R*PE!!!

if ma’am, they were in a hotel where other schools also stayed at, To avoid stories that touch like this, they made sure the boys room was on the 10th floor and the girls room 2nd floor.
The teachers did their parade 3-5 times daily making sure they were all in their rooms.

Their were over 70kids to 5-6 teachers( this teachers went through hell trying to get them together) But for you to know how badly behaved this kids were, they waited till after mid night (after the last roll call) to get their n*sty acts on.

You can blame the guardians all you want for trying their best and breaking their backs for kids all you want, but CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME.”

@Ositadima, I will take that as a compliment. I never attended a university, after my secondary school in Benin City, I had the opportunity to travel to Germany at a very young age, where I did my industrial training with Jungheinrich as a logistician for two years, and later went to Perugia Italy where I also did one year training with Concetti Group. Afterwards, I also had other industrial trainings in the US where I gained more experiences in industrial logistics and production. I am grateful to God I never wasted four years or more for a university degree that is often overhyped.

I appreciate the evaluation boss. I will look into it objectively. Bless you
Excuzeme:

What makes it 3.5M (or #7M for a Plot), apart from the Ajah/Badore name?
- What are its rental value, of houses around the place as of now?
- How close is it to future infrastructures like the "proposed" Airpot, Refinery, etc
- How to close to the Main road is it?
- What is the road network in its environment like?
- What is the "quality" of the people (your neighbours grin ) around the place
- What is the value of other lands in the area, at this moment?
- How close is it to the Ocean? Can you see or hear the waves from its location?
- You said it needs sandfilling, it that because it is a 'brackish' swamp or it is good, sandy land but just because it has a low elevation wrt the main road?

I am asking all these so you can evaluate the value you are getting for that amount. It is difficult to just say it is "good/bad' value for that amount, since only you have seen the land itself.
You need to make an objective evaluation, taking all the above into consideration.

There are lands in that axis that cost #800,000 only while l also have a plot in the same Place around Cheveron, that some are willing to pay me #35M cash right now but l am not selling because l think the value will skyrocket soon, once certain thinks take shape along that axis.

It's painful. Really painful to just have a good sum lying fallow in my savings account hanging on to a tiny thread of 3.75%interest. But what can one do?
Investment / Re: Treasury Bills In Nigeria by Satoshi2019: 5:44pm On Jul 05, 2020
Pa Emma this looks beautiful but of course there are exceptions.
How about the likes of Steve Jobs, Zuckerberg. How did they start? Synergy with their friends I guess

Financial illiteracy.
Instant gratification.
Money is meant to be spent attitude.
Just to mention a few

deleson:
Are Nigerians poor because they lack money OR because they lack money-management skills?

This is an excerpt from an article on the savings culture of Nigerians.

“According to the International Monetary Fund, the gross savings rate in Nigeria* stands at 15%, far below China at 49% and even below the savings rates in South Africa and Angola.

This discrepancy between the Nigerian attitude towards savings and our actual actions begs the question – why do Nigerians fail to save?”

I beg to disagree. When I was earning 35k 4years ago I had my monthly savings. Savings is a culture irrespective of earnings.

Some teachers also earn 20k and below plus it might not be coming consistently.

In such scenario, investment reasoning might not even ring in one's brain, na daily survival go be your default setting and how to improve.

MrMcJay:

Agric C of Os are also very much genuine, it's just that the purposes differ from that of Residential or Commercial C of Os. Once they tell a any property is covered by a CofO, try to check 4 things.

1. The propose of the CofO. It is usually written on the front page. Residential, Agricultural, Industrial, Mixed-use, Commercial or Utility.

2. The time span of the CofO. This is written inside the C of O, page 2 or 3. No CofO is issued for infinity and the longest time span is usually 99 years for Residential CofOs. While Agric C of Os have a short lifespan of about 15 to 25 years, others are for much longer.

3. Commencement. The time the CofO commences is very important. It is written on the front page of the C of O and determines when it starts and the remaining lease left on the land. If you get a C of O commencing from 1991 and to last for 99 years, it means it is to expire in 2090 and you have 70 years left on the lease.

4. Covenants. This is very important because these are the hidden clauses where the main terms of the grant are hidden. The conditions upon which the CofO are granted are written here and it is advised that you read them properly.

Wonderful eye opener. Pls how can someone differentiate between an Agric c Of o and d genuine c Of o. Pls educate us. Thanks

MrMcJay:

For those buying properties in that Lekki area, particularly between Ikota and Sangotedo, there are a lot of Agric C of Os given for 20 or 30 years which are close to termination. In fact, there is one Budo Farm C of O that faced something similar. The problem is that those who held the Agric C of Os have resold to other persons who have now built. Because they saw C of O, they just bought the land and built, not knowing the difference between Agric C of O and other types.

Unfortunately, the government is not renewing these Agric C of Os, instead they are giving the parcels of land to new allottees which would now be residential C of Os. The new allottees are not those who bought from those with Agric C of Os, but the original landowners who the holders of the Agric CofO bought from. Those who bought and built with Agric C of Os would now have to face those issued new C of Os by the government.

In the end, they would be forced to pay Ratification fees to the holders of the new C of O. Ratification which would run into Millions of Naira.
