Let the company write a letter of invitation to you, attach it to your company's letter sending you on training and serving as your financial source, send as an appeal mail and any form of convincing document to ukvi

There is a letter of invitation from the company and my company also wrote that they will sponsor me.

We provide services to big organisations such as banks, telcos, etc. Whenever, these companies are going abroad, the subject matter expert for that service will be part of the training too

Every employer will invest in someone based on ROI. Your salary is meagre to what the expenses the company will be making on you. If they can invest this huge on you, then your salary shouldn't just be this meagre. They can't just wake up to value you and say come and go to the UK. You have to command a position with a better salary. In the nutshell, go and sit down and repackage your lies. This one is too much to be real. Visa officers brings your application to real life and not claiming too much.

2. Is the training organizer a certified one with track records of such trainings given to people at your level in the past?

If not, the visa officer saw through the lies but did not want to hit the nail on the head and just decided to use this excuse to deny you the visa.

The person at your company that authorized your travel should’ve written a statement explaining the following: the reason that particular training was selected out of others available trainings, why you were selected to go instead of other employees, and the reason why they selected a lower paid employee to receive such expensive training and why they chose to invest in training you. The cost of the training compared to your monthly salary is exorbitant so it sent up and instant red flag to the reviewer because even large, multi-National corporations rarely send lower paid employees to train internationally.

You have to take that to consideration and did they choose only you, it cannot be a coincidence right.
So basically the proof you submitted is kind of not enought.

Have you taken your time to study the traffic patterns from Ajah axis to VI in the morning on weekdays and vice versa in the evenings? I guess your mind is more fixated in residing in Lekki Ajah axis. Why can't you try Lagos Island, Ebutte Meta, and Yaba? The traffic congestion to VI is less than Ajah axis and accommodation cost is a bit less. Get a place of your own first which is accessible to your workplace, then village project can continue gradually

If you work in VI, you can get a decent apartment, like 2bedroom in Surulere for like 800/850k which is less than 20% of your annual income. 20/25% of your annual income should be for shelter according to UNICEF. You can also get that around Yanuworu or Estate which isn't too far from VI in all sincerity when compared to Ajah. The price from Ajah to VI is almost 1k if not more now. But from Yanuworu or Surulere, you'll spend less.

As for the building, brother, be calming down. Settle your rent issues, then, settle down. Dem nor dey finish house once if the money never dey. You can always finish d house.

At 29yrs, if you settle down, it's not bad. After renting your house, furnishing it will take some time. Furnish your rented apartment and settle down. Don't just marry a liability.

The house in the village is a project you alone should determine when to finish it. Don't allow your parents to put you under pressure. As a young man, settle down first after renting and furnishing your apartment.
Note: Don't rush into a relationship if you are not into one yet

Sorry you are seriously under pressure, however you've go to take things easy if you asked me your salary is a good one what you need now is the accommodation closest to your office, have you tried Adekunle and Yaba environments, if you asked me Ajah is a no!!no!! Ajah traffic and Agungi Lekki road can be very unpredictable coupled with all this flooding in that environs i lived in Ajah before and i can tell you for free Ajah is not the best option for you now, you don't need to rent a 2 bed apartment it's only you naa bros, except you insist on 2 bed room apartment may be because you are settling down, trust me you will get something reasonable in Adekunle, Yaba, Onike area this area are the closest to VI, Dolphin Estate or Ikoyi would have been a good option as well but am not sure you will be able to afford it.

Dedicate a time, one or two weekends you will get something okay within Adekunle, Yaba and Onike as per the building project in the village you've tried sort yourself out first don't go and die before your time, due to pressure to please family members you will be surprised they will roof that same house you are worried about if your enemy die today, Mobadh that we all are mourning today who are those enjoying all what the poor guy laboured for? borrow yourself sense,your peace of mind comes first before anyone!! my 2cent piece of advice.
