Please I need advice on what to do
I moved into the apartment April 1 last year and I paid rent of 150k and agent fee of 50k my rent will due this month ending which I would have to renew the rent with 150k rent as agreed
But my agent brought a letter January ending saying the rent has been increased form 150k to 200k this is my first year in the apartment this is unfair . I reach out to the landlord via WhatsApp cos he’s not in Nigeria to explained to him though he said he would get back to me as he was busy so I’m waiting to hear from him
