I will like to use this media to express my dissatisfaction with your service. October last year was the first time I used your service and truth be told, it was awesome. The fumigation was great and the cleaning was the bomb. I had never seen my house that neat before and I kept screaming and telling everybody who cared to hear about it.

Cos of previous satisfaction, I reached out to you guys for another service. And the truth stood before me. The service took like forever to be done. The house was fumigated on the 3rd of jan and the cleaning was completed on Monday, 5th. As I speak to you, I still have a lot of those tiny roaches, mosquitoes, and I have killed 3 big cockroaches between this week.

The cleaning was bad, I would have done better, cobwebs, dust, windows not clean, dust still on the floor (though my sister confirmed the floor was mopped).

I disclosed my dissatisfaction and all I got was an apology. An apology for a waste of my N20,000. Fumigation and house cleaning go for as low as 7k-10k outside but I paid twice the amount cos of previous experience.

Enough nagging though.... lessons learnt.

I had a nanny dat i asked to stop working today cos she wasn't efficient at all. She is a cousin of mine though so she does whatever she likes. She sleeps alot. Now, i dont no if i should get another help to stay at home wt my baby, i would pay her less dan i was paying my nanny.
