Sir,
The gentleman was never from you but you were beside him when he called. As I have just checked our chat conversation after that call, I had asked you why someone from courier masters was calling me, and accused you of telling me too many stories, which of course is telling lies! You explained to me that young shall grow and courier masters are same company so the guy that called was from same people. He got my number from thin air?

IBL you've given me options of:

1. Taking you to court.

2. Accepting only 20% as that's what your lawyer was told by YSG terms of agreement.

3. Totally forgetting about the $800 (asides fees of sending it to Nigeria, and courier fees within)

4. Meet with you again to have this resolved.

I would like to succinctly say NO! Pay me my 800 USD.

I would have no further response to you until the Mods step in and resolve this, I understand that there are authorities here and I'd be obliged to adhere to the proper chain of command.

About the person that called you to beg; that was never from me. I don't mix sentiments with business. If they were careless with your goods and it got lost and not stolen as claimed, then they should pay, irrespective of my business relationship with them.

In a nutshell, kindly furnish me with every evidence regarding the said check so I can act on it. I will reach you on WhatsApp later this evening.

These lies you tell are beginning to work me up, it's almost impossible for me to threaten you. I'm programmed to do or shut up, but I'd never threaten. But even if I did, you decided to get upset and let my hard earned money go to waste? Phone that i know was beyond me as at then but wanted to make wifey happy because we hardly see? And for your info, I have messages on my phone since almost 2004 when I used the Nokia n91 rill date. Afternoon sir! All my years in the business, I've only had issues of missing goods thrice. The first was lost by me enroute to Jibowu to do the Waybill. I paid for the goods over an agreed duration. That was within Lagos... The one quoted here, was the first to happen on transit from Lagos. The second one, still via same company; the client got a decent compensation as we both worked together. It however took months before it was fulfilled. It is one major factor with the trade, which is why the terms and conditions are there. I personally recommend home delivery via our partnership with KOS COURIER but the duration discourages most people, which I understand. I refrained from doing a follow up with the company due to how he was going about. That may not have been the right thing to do, I must admit, but I was pushed to do so at the time. Thanks.

There a lot I would have to be cautious to mention based on what I do, but a lot of you can attest that I can go offline suddenly and for an extended period as well. If I go against my tenets and show you only a 10 mins video of what my daily routine is you would have constant nightmares or even some form of depravity. He expects me to come all the way from Yola or Bama and kindly ask him for my money? I'm really ashamed of how I've handled this because even my most junior colleagues can not hear of this and not think I'm probably having some form of amorous relationship with IBL. But I see he likes to go to court. Ok.

When we begin to think like this then there is a way forward. Just to give the young man some credence, I went as far as trying to do my background check on this to help him out since I believe I could have a little more access to certain people. The courier company had no incidence of robbery or accidents all through that month and packages came in from Courier masters that same day to the base. I can provide anyone with the chairman's number to make enquiries for yourself. I had humbled myself to give him feedback of my enquiries only for whoever from his so called couriers to call me and say that IBL sent him to call on his behalf and plead with me to just forget about the phone, my $800. I can still recall the look on my wife's face when I put it on speaker trying to explain why she hadn't gotten her anniversary gift. Till today she still thinks I never got any phone and still act so calmly?

D sender has every right to push and recover what ever was lost from the courier, if d sender is now saying it doesn't concern him wat do u want d receiver to do
