Why are Nigerians so fast to accept every trash brought before them. The man kidnapped in question lamented and emphasized how he was made to sleep on bear ground and also trek for miles and this dude is saying he way the one that carries the kidnapped one one motorcycle. Na WA.

ARE WITNESSES AND EVIDENCES NEEDED IN TRIAL CASES.

The National Assembly and State House of Assembly Tribunal sitting in Asaba Delta State surprisingly reversed itself Thursday 13th August, 2015 by rejecting the results of inspection of materials it had ordered in favour of a Petitioner.

This ruling is seen by most observers as arm twisting of the law. In another development, the tribunal refused the evidence of all persons on supena called by the petitioner again. It is believed that this again is another way of shutting out all the evidence of the petitioner; against the law this amount to miscarriage of justice.

The question now is are we back to the days of JUNGLE JUDGMENT?

The authorities on Supena are legion, the Tribunal that gave these ruling has created doubts in the minds of keen observers as to the much desired change in all sectors of the nation that we talk about and hope for the best.

In our lay man view, how can trials be carried out if vital witnesses and evidences are not allowed in court/tribunal process huh?

That gun and those magazines belong to the police not the guy. Police are so wicked. I have seen cases of where an Indian hem seller was arrested but because he has no one to bail him out they put him among group of kidnappers that was caught. They kept a pistol and pump on his front. The guy should be punished but I doubt those armouries where found on him
I actually thought about your comment and further looked closely & observed what I think people didn't take notice of. The story line states 6 magazines for the AK 47 rifle whereas there are 8 magazines.

Na wa o! Is it that the police don't know what they recovered or they are trying to impress us (by "putting those ammunitions on the suspect" as alleged from the quote above) to believe they have caught the armourer of a most wanted gang?

Please can someone brief me on how to upload the video so the whole world can see for themselves the shooting that took place, how materials were cornered, the irregularities even @ the INEC office, how the sitting assembly member harassed the returning office to announce him as the winner in absent of other contesters and their agents.

The said sitting assembly member should be tried by the law.

THE DARK SPOTS IN AVIARA WARD 3 (ISOKO SOUTH CONTITUENCY 2, DELTA STATE)
Post-election protests and serious call to INEC for outright cancellation of the Delta State House of Assembly election held in Aviara ward in Isoko South Constituency 2 on April 11th, 2015, has become a recurring decimal. This is against the backdrop of alarming incidence of electoral fraud that characterized the voting exercise.

The Aviara election could be described as a sham considering media reports of wide spread irregularities that mar the voting pattern in every nook and cranny of Aviara units. Greater a concern is the fact that electoral fraud was being committed with impunity with the security forces appearing culpable to the dismay of the electorates.

Evidence abound that the controversial announcement of the PDP candidate, Hon. Johnson Erijo by the INEC returning officer, Dr Mrs Omosede Osafile as winner of the Isoko South Constituency 2 election sparked off huge protests staged by the good people of Olomoro and Uzere communities and hugely supported by concerned Isoko citizens who described the election as the worst scenario of electoral fraud in recent times.

Noting the reports trailing the election in Aviara, there is sufficient reason to question the credibility of the election in the various units, which observers say were marred by deliberate interference, snatching of ballot boxes by armed thugs loyal to the PDP, diversion of electoral materials, attacks on media personnel (a DBS(Delta Broadcasting service) cameraman, Mr Nelson Miller sustained injury following attack on him by political thugs, while his camera was smashed) while intimidation of voters reigned supreme as INEC officials appeared helpless curbing the wide spread irregularities.

Recall that the presiding officers in most of the polling units in Aviara, as reports had it, did not follow INEC’s directives that card readers “must” be used, noting that the proceeded on manual accreditation of voters, even as people were quarantined in isolated and dilapidated buildings where thumb printing of ballot papers were dubiously perfected.
Most compromising as it seems apparent, is the controversial announcement made on the floor of the collation center in James Otobo Ekpere Hall, Isoko South LGA Secretariat, Oleh, by the INEC returning officer Dr Mrs Omosede Osafile who declared Hon Johnson Erijo of PDP winner in th ISC 2election, using the Aviara result to level up the score that gave Erijo the victory, while the result for Uzere ward, evidently the stronghold of the opposition APC candidate, Hon. Ferguson Onwo was irredeemably cancelled.

The development no doubt, underscores a reign of impunity and inexplicable decoy apparently orchestrated by INEC returning officer for Isoko South Constituency 2, Dr Mrs Omosede Osafile to truncate a democratic process thus undermined the accepted norms and ethos of electoral umpire, INEC.

There are rising concern in public domains that the PDP may have commenced a systematic destruction of our democratic culture by entrenching a culture of impunity in our society as largely witnesses in the lack luster election in Aviara ward on April 11th , 2015.

The loudest call by the APC and a community of democracy enthusiasts and civil society organization to INEC for the outright cancellation of the phoney election in AVIARA WARD is a step in the right direction.
The vote and will of the people must prevail!!!!

The election was declared inconclusive in the present of all the candidates; but after candidates left with their agents, the sitting House of Assembly member harassed the returning officer to announce him as the winner even in the presence of the security offices.

NOTE: All evidence are on video

PoliticsSome Things Every Nigerian Should Consider Before Casting Their Votes by sayitout1(op): 9:56am On Jan 16, 2015
Fellow Nigerians, we have Just few days to our elections and below are some vital thingxs we must consider before casting our vote.

1. Buhari killed Ben ogedengbe by a death penalty for a crime that didn't carry death penalty when he committed it.

2. Buhari doesn't attend the Federal Council meetings yet collects his allowances. Mr. Integrity indeed.

3. Buhari canceled former Governor Jakande's metroline and forfeited the $50 million paid for it by the then Lagos State Government

4 Buhari used Violence to stop the September 1985 National Conference of the National AssociatIon of Nigeria Students.

5. Buhari jailed Tai Solarin and denied him his asthma drugs simply because he campaigned against military rule and for democracy.

6. Buhari Jailed Nduka irabor and Tunde Thompson for writing a truthful report which embarrassed his Government

7. Buhari raided respected Papa Awolowo's house and seized his passport so he couldn't travel out of the country. Was he also corrupt?

8.Buhari threw Former vice President Alex Ekweme in jail even though it was proven that Ekweme never stole any money.

9. He jailed honest and respected pa Adekunle Ajasin.

10. He jailed Fela Kuti in I984 for singing against the dictatorial tendencies of his Military Government

11 Doctors, remember that Buhari banned the Nigeria medical Association (NMA)

12. Buhari stopped Ooni of Ife for traveling abroad simply because he visited the holy land of Israel in 1984

13. He broke up press conference of ASSU in 1984 and detained four of their executives

14 He jailed Beko Ransome Kuti who only demanded for the release of his brother.

Nigerians must be careful what they wish for!

Keep sharing to keep Nigeria democratic and free from oppression.
PoliticsMy Response To Olusegun Obasanjo's "My Watch" By Godwin Alabi-isama by sayitout1(op): 6:04pm On Dec 19, 2014
I’m gravely pained to be trading words with General Olusegun Obasanjo once again on the history of Nigeria-Biafra War. He is an elder and a former ruler who, ordinarily, should be treated with utmost respect.

But how can one genuinely respect an old man who tells lies like a badly raised child? Obasanjo has obviously not recovered from the shock inflicted on him by my book, The Tragedy of Victory in which I exposed the tissues of lies in his civil war memoir, My Command. It is
said that a lie may travel for a thousand miles, but it takes just one step of truth to catch up with it.

I’m alive to stand up to him on the lies he has told on the war because I was a major participant in it. I kept records. With facts and figures at my finger tips, I have debunked Obasanjo’s lies in part three of my book, consisting of one hundred and sixty five pages,
sixty nine pictures, thirteen military strategies and tactics, maps and documents. This was the same Obasanjo who published a fake Federal Government gazette that I was found guilty by the Army when I was never tried. I have proved that Obasanjo was an incompetent
commander. I have proved that he was a wily and cunning fellow, and an incredible opportunist who reaped where he did not sow.

I have proved that he was an ingrate and a hypocrite. More importantly, I have proved that he was a coward, who ran away from the war front to go and look for phantom ammunition. Rather than respond to my claims the way a gallant officer should, he has now responded
like a motor-park tout, impugning my person and questioning my ethnic lineage. I never said I was from Ibadan. I only schooled there.

General Obasanjo, this bolekaja style is so demeaning. You live in a glass house, so stop throwing stones. We, who have facts, pictures and documents, meticulously kept over the years, can tell the whole world one or two things about you.

Have a look at this attached picture at your wedding to your first wife Remi. When the photographer wanted to take the picture of the bride and groom and their parents, you said a few things about your parents which I still remember. It was only Remi’s mother that took
the picture with us. Please, don’t mess with the memory of my dear parents. You know my mother, an Ilorin woman, and you also saw her at the war front. She told me who my father was and she spoke his
language, and took me to his home town when he died. I went to primary school in Owu, so I know your family very well. You should be honest enough to tell the world the story of the man who was your father. I told you and wrote in my book that any person who does not appreciate the efforts of women has had no good mother. Please, don’t go beyond military tactics and strategies when dealing with me.

You say in volume three of your book My Watch that I could be in bed with a woman while radioing my commander that I was in pursuit of rebels. Hundreds of thousands of those who have read my book The Tragedy of Victory——a six hundred and seventy-page book, complete with four hundred and fifty pictures and thirty nine military strategies and tactics, maps and documents—- will call you a liar. I am so surprised and even embarrassed that a man of your status is still
trading in gutter rumours. An elder with a filthy mind, a leader who lacks wisdom of age, does not deserve any respect.

I’m the same Godwin Alabi-Isama that commanded the troops that liberated today’s Cross River State in thirty days of battle from Calabar to Obubra with no single casualty. This is the same Alabi-Isama that advanced 480 kilometres in 30 days from Calabar to Port Harcourt, liberating today’s Akwa Ibom, Rivers and Bayelsa States with 35,000 men and women with 15000 on logistics, building roads and pontoons, with 8 men and 2 officers as my casualties. Obasanjo ordered
the attack of Ohoba, a mere 24 miles from Owerri, in one hour of battle, more than 1000 Nigerian soldiers were dead.

Obasanjo claims that when I once played squash with him, I cheated.

This incredible liar has forgotten that there were witnesses to that game. Those witnesses are still alive, and they remember what really happened. I played squash with him once in my life. He could not make a point because I was not one of his sycophants who would allow him to win a game just to massage his huge ego. Look, General Obasanjo, there was no way you could have beaten me in any game. You do not have the physique and agility to do that. Apart from being a popular sports
man and soccer captain in Ibadan Boys High School, I was Sports Officer in the Nigerian Army, playing games from soccer to tennis, athletics etc. You never played any games at school let alone in the
Army. If you had been diligent at your physical exercises as we were taught to be, your protruding tummy would not have become a butt of joke to many officers and men of the Army.

General Obasanjo may try but he cannot deny the evidence of the civil war tragic history. While he got over a thousand soldiers killed at Ohoba, myself, Alani Akinrinade, and the brilliant and hardworking Pincer Team of Ola Oni, Iluyomade, Isemede, S.S. Tomoye, Salawu,
Okwarobo, Sunny Tuoyo, etc. did a better job at the Third Marine Commando. I have stated how it was done in The Tragedy of Victory, by writing to set the Civil War records straight. Obasanjo says I only wanted to make money that was why I wrote my book, after all I was
broke. I thank Obasanjo for unwittingly giving credit that I did not steal money in the Army. I believe that this country Nigeria ought to know by now all the crooks parading themselves as saints. Now I know why Obasanjo was surprised at my financial successes abroad, and
then sent his wife Stella of blessed memory to me. She was my guest in Houston Texas for a week. We have video and pictures of the visit with witnesses like Jack Gonsoulin, Rod Anthony, and Tom Britton.

I challenge Obasanjo to a debate on military tactics and strategies on the Nigerian Civil War. He wrote about his team. Who were they? George
Innih went the wrong way to Arochukwu when Akinrinade needed reinforcement for the final battle to capture Uli Ihiala airport.

Akinrinade told him that he would shoot George Innih anytime he showed up. Where was Obasanjo’s fake Apollo Battalion that operated behind enemy lines, when he could not capture Ohoba? When Akinrinade called
him that Biafra troops had surrendered to him and the Pincer team, Obasanjo, who was coming from a party, got lost looking for them, as he did not know where to go and did not know the way to Amichi.

I am not qualified to comment on Obasanjo’s political achievements, if any, for this country. The people and posterity will do that. There is no president in this country that he has not condemned. Haba! He
always thinks that he has the preserve of knowledge on how to rule this country. Did the country move forward when he was Head of State or President? He destroyed the heart of the national security. We can
see the result today. He destroyed education in many ways. We see the result today. He destroyed a lot of other things. As for how he has treated his family shabbily, his wife and children have openly made
their comments. Those comments are in public domain today and forever, even though Obasanjo cleverly brushes them aside in his current book.

I implore Obasanjo to stop lying before he dies.

PoliticsNigeria’s Richest Oil Blocks Owners Exposed: Names & Details by sayitout1(op): 7:02pm On Oct 06, 2014
The oil block business is so lucrative that Danjuma’s Sapetro divested of its investment in Akpo condensate for $1billion dollars. The business is second to none in Nigeria. That is why any attempt to investigate the activities in this sector will always be futile. The money is so much that they give bribes in millions of dollars. A birthday gift or child naming gift from an oil block owner to a government official could be as paltry as $2million dollars, and if the official’s father died, the condolence gift could reach mere $3 million dollars.

When they want to bribe legislators, it is in millions of dollars and any ongoing investigation ends within weeks. They are so confident that with excess money they can buy up Nigeria and they are succeeding OML 110 with high yield OBE oil fields was given Cavendish Petroleum owned by Alhaji Mai Daribe, the Borno Patriarch in 1996 by Sanni Abacha. OBE oil field has estimated over 500 million barrels of oil. In layman’s language and using average benchmark of $100 dollars per barrel, translates to $50 billion dollars worth of oil reserve. When you remove the taxes, royalties and sundry duties worth about 60% of the reserve payable over time you get about $20billion dollars worth of oil in the hands of a family.

OPL 246 was awarded to SAPETRO, a company owned by General Theophilus Danjuma, by Sanni Abacha in 1998. Akpo condensate exports about 300,000 barrels of crude daily.

NOML 112 and OML 117 were awarded to AMNI International Petroleum Development Company owned by Colonel Sanni Bello in 1999. Sanni Bello is an inlaw to Abdulsalami Abubakar, former Head of State of Nigeria.

OML 115, OLDWOK Field and EBOK field was awarded to Alhaji Mohammed Indimi from Niger State. Indimi is an inlaw to former Military President Ibrahim Babangida.
OML 215 is operated by Nor East Petroleum Limited owned by Alhaji Saleh Mohammed Gambo.
OML 108 is operated by Express Petroleum Company Limited is owned by Alhaji Aminu Dantata.

OML II3 allocated to Yinka Folawiyo Pet Ltd is owned by Alhaji W.I. folawiyo
ASUOKPU/ UMUTU marginal oil fields is operated by Seplat Petroleum. Seplat is owned by Prince Nasiru Ado Bayero, cousin to the Central Bank Governor Lamido Sanusi. This oil field has the capacity of 300,000 barrels of oil daily. This translates to $30million dollars daily at average benchmark of $100 dollars per barrel. Deducting all sundry taxes, royalties etc , this field can yield $12billion dollars daily for the owners .

Intel owned by Atiku, Yarádua and Ado Bayero has substantial stakes in Nigeria’s oil exploration industry both in Nigeria and Principe and Sao Tome.
AMNI owns two oil blocks OML 112 and OML 117 which it runs Afren plc and Vitol has substantial stakes in oil blocks. Afren plc is operating EBOK oil fields in OML 67. Vitol lifts 300,000 barrels of Nigerian oil daily. Rilwanu Lukman, former OPEC Chairman has stakes in all these named three companies.

OPL 245 was awarded to Malabu Oil& Gas Company by Sanni Abacha. Dan Etete, Abacha’s oil minister owns Malabu Oil. In 2000, Vice President Atiku Abubakar convinced Obasanjo to revoke OPL 245 given to Malabu Oil. Etete had earlier rejected Atiku’s demand for substantial stakes in the high yield OPL 245 and it attracted the venom of Ota Majesty who revoked the licence. However, in 2006, Obasanjo had mercy on Dan Etete and gave him back his oil block worth over $20 billion dollars.

OPL 289 and OPL 233 was awarded during Obasanjo era to Peter Odili fronts, Cleanwater Consortium, consisting of Clenwater Refinery and RivGas Petroleum and Gas Company. Odili’s brother in law, Okey Ezenwa manages the consortium as Vice Chairman.

OPL 286 is managed by Focus Energy in partnership with BG Group, a British oil concern. Andy Uba has stakes in Focus Energy and his modus operandi is such that you can never see his name in any listings yet he controls OPL and OML through proxies
OPL 291 was awarded to Starcrest Energy Nigeria Limited, owned by Emeka Offor by Obasanjo . Immediately after the award, Starcrest sold the oil block to Addax Petroleum Development Company Limited (ADDAX) Addax paid Sir Emeka Offor a farming fee of $35million dollars and still paid the signature bonus to the government. Emeka Offor still retains stake in ADDAX operations in Nigeria.
Mike Adenuga’s Conoil is the oldest indigenous oil exploration industry in Nigeria. Conoil has six oil blocks and exports above 200,000 barrels of crude daily.

The oil block national cake sharing fiesta could take twists according to the mood of the Commander-in –Chief at the particular time. In 2006, Obasanjo revoked OPL 246 which Abacha gave to Danjuma because he refused to support the tenure elongation bid of the Ota Majesty. In 2000, Obasanjo had earlier revoked OPL 241 given to Dan Etete under the advice Atiku.

However, when the Obasanjo-Atiku face off started, the Ota Majesty made a u-turn and handed back the oil block to Etete.
During the time of Late President Yarádua , a panel headed by Olusegun Ogunjana was set up to investigate the level of transparency in the award of oil blocks. The panel recommended that 25 oil blocks awarded by the Obasanjo be revoked because the manner they were obtained failed to meet the best practices in the industry. Sadiq Mahmood, permanent secretary in the Ministry of Petroleum endorsed the report to then president with all its recommendations . As a result of the report Yarádua revoked eleven oil blocks.

In April 2011 Mike Adenuga attempted to buy Shell’s OML 30 for $1.2 billion dollars. The Minister for Petroleum and Nigeria’s most powerful woman refused the sale of the OML30 to Adenuga citing national interest. This block was later sold to Heritage Oil for $800 million dollars eleven months later.

In the name of competitive bidding, which Obasanjo introduced in 2005, Officials bring companies overnight and through processes best described as secretive and voodooist they award blocks to party faithful, fronts and phoney companies. They collect gratifications running into hundreds of millions of dollars which is paid into an offshore account and the nation loses billions of dollars of revenue to private pockets.

When I say that the Presidency must come to the north next year I am referring to the Hausa-Fulani core north and not any northern christian or muslim minority tribe.

The Christians in the north such as the Berom, the Tiv, the Kataf, the Jaba, the Zuru, the Sayyawa, the Bachama, the Jukun, the Idoma and all the others are nothing and the muslim minorities in the north, including the Kanuri, the Nupe, the Igbira, the Babur, the Shuwa Arabs, the Marghur and all the others know that when we are talking about leadership in the north and in Nigeria, Allah has given it to us, the Hausa-Fulani.

They can grumble, moan and groan as much as they want but each time they go into their bedrooms to meet their wives and each time they get on their prayer mats to begin their prayers, it is we the Fulani that they think of, that they fear, that they bow to and that they pray for.

Some of them are even ready to give us their wives and daughters for one nights sport and pleasure. They owe us everything. This is because we gave them Islam through the great Jihad waged by Sheik Usman Dan Fodio.

We also captured Ilorin, killed their local King and installed our Fulani Emir. We took that ancient town away from the barbarian yoruba and their filthy pagan gods. We liberated all these places and all these people by imposing islam on them by force.

It was either the Koran or the sword and most of them chose the Koran. In return for the good works of our forefathers Allah, through the British, gave us Nigeria to rule and to do with as we please. Since 1960 we have been doing that and we intend to continue.

No Goodluck or anyone else will stop us from taking back our power next year. We will kill, maim, destroy and turn this country into Africa’s biggest war zone and refugee camp if they try it.

Many say we are behind Boko Haram. My answer is what do you expect? We do not have economic power or intellectual power. All we have is political power and they want to take even that from us.

We must fight and we will fight back in order to keep it. They have brought in the infidels from America and the pigs from Israel to help them but they will fail. The war has just begun, the Mujahadeen are more than ready and by Allah we shall win.

If they don’t want an ISIS in Nigeria then they must give us back the Presidency and our political power. Their soldiers are killing our warriors and our people every day but mark this: even if it takes one hundred years we will have our revenge.

Every Fulani man that they kill is a debt that will be repaid even if it takes 100 years. The Fulani have very long memories.”- ALIYU GWARZO

After reading most of what the poster wrote, I pondered for a while trying to ask myself his intention for starting such a discussion. It is the role of the MOG to pray for you (the sick or afflicted) then left for you to go and recover. So if because of your unbelief you REFUSE to recover, is it now the fault of the MOG?
But for you info, people like you learn the hard way or become the scapegoat for others to learn from (pray for forgiveness because your intention for writing or starting this topic is totally negative & can bruce the faith of young/baby convert) otherwise you'll might encounter a situation were only a miracle (divine intervention in the affairs of man) can turn things around.

...be wise when discussing about the dealings of the Holy Spirit

Nairaland GeneralBeware Of Thieves In Disguise On Lagos-benin Express Way by sayitout1(op): 11:42pm On Nov 05, 2013
For sometime now, it has been observed or noticed that some bad guys on the lagos-benin express way have started robbing road users codedly.

One of the tricks they apply is that they'll position themselves in various locations not far from each other with some of their team member in the bush & when they see coming vehicles, they'll now point to the front tyres of the moving car of their chioce as if something is bad then when you clear to check it, you now become their prey.

Please be warned as this act is growing & people are falling for this trick on a daily basis.
PropertiesRe: Estate Agent's Practice Of Picking-up Clients In Eateries. by sayitout1:
@OP, U just came hear blabbing cos of ur selfish interest. From my experience while working for a property firm, most ''so call'' proffessional are just been 2 greedy dats why you see the so call quack.

Has anyone taken time to ask why most properties given to 'professional' either to let or sell stay long in the market with their sign board on it, this is becos they only protect thier own interest & nothing else.

For example; when a property is given to those dat claim they are professional to let or sell they come up with different selfish rules. They'll insist dat the client pays 10% agent, 10% legal & in most cases a refundable deposit (causion fee).

Now they'll will insist of collecting 5% of d agency fee, 10% of the legal & d owner of the property still pays them for managing the property. The so call quacks most time plead with them to shift ground so their clients can pay 4 d property but d ogas refuse cos they know since they have the brief, someone esle will come; this inturn keeps the property long in the market.

Atimes; when other agents dat also knows d owner get prospective clients for the property, the so called professional now goes 2 advise d owner dat d property is under priced just becos d propective client is not coming through them.

@lawyer, if you are a property lawyer, build your own clinete if not, focus on you legal job and leave agency alone. You all are thesame.

As for the guy that thinks the agent deserve nothing, you are just been too greedy & a time waster. Y not try sourcing d property yourself without the help of the agent.

I'll be back
