O.k lets agree the lady drove against the traffic, must that be the reason she should be accused by the LASTMA officials that she was the one that ran over their colleague if she didn't?

This is where the police are suppose to do their job (visit the crime scene, ask from eye witnesses without intimidating anyone & write their report). I'm not here to take side but its high time we begin to do things right if we must see change.

If she wasn't the one that ran over the official, then whoever amongst them that made such accusation should also be tried by the law.

The officials should also learn to do their job with precaution so as not to endanger their life and the life of others. It is only in this country you mostly see government officials "taking the laws into their hand" (struggling or fighting with a man on steering) all in the name of carrying our their duty.[/b]

As per the law, the court knows which to follow. How can someone be prosecuted with a law that came after the crime.

I don't even blame him in the first place. What is the process of their recruitment?

Come to think about it, this government has really empowered this thugs in uniform. What is their job description, is it to assist the police control the traffic or wait for road users who are not familiar with a road to make mistakes or to peep into peoples car in traffic to see if they are making calls.
