I actually resigned from my previous company then, wanted to work with the new company for more experience before going into my own private plan, but they fall my hand, a whole 5yrs?..do they expect me to be waiting for them that much... Haba no time, truth is I don't see myself working for any company on monthly salary now, except contracts only.

Lolz I applied for one American company as head of ICT in 2014, after 5years (2019) August I got a call from them to check my mail, funny enough it was offer letter that they have carefully reviewed my cv, that I am to start work next week being October 2019.

I accepted the offer, and start given them my own posting till they got tired and stop calling my line.

It takes them 5yrs only for them to offer me mere 285k Salary, what a joke.

The problem with volunteering these days is that is not always as agreed, the volunteer will initially agreed no salary, but month end when others are being paid they will be expecting something too, if something isn't coming their altitude towards work will change, "after all I am not being paid".. � so they will just acting up, which will eventually affect the efficiency of the work or the position they are handling so many companies don't buy the idea of taken volunteers again...

CV submission is through online recruitment portal and you go through assessment test online. Sorry no hard copy submission.

The old minimum wage is 18k where you can find six 3s - 60%
The increment is 12k which has four 3s - 40%.
So 40% is the increment,dont kill yourself with formula

Correct, I wonder where people get 66.7% except they are calculating from 18k, but from 30k new minimum wage the increment is 40%, but if you calculate from old minimum wage it will be 67%
