The books are fantastic. The story telling is just beyond words. The details are crazy. Theres so many things in the books that arent in the tv show.

Woah! That's a lot of faults!

I respectfully disagree on the highlighted. It certainly isn't as depressive as the previous seasons, but it's much more expansive. There was so much going on this season, like every character had their own story with their own problems.
My main gripe with this season is the lack of focus. It wanted to hit this theme of BoJack getting professional help, but shot itself in the foot by creating a a very broad theme, when a slimmer theme would have sufficed. The end result is something that feels a tad superficial, like walking on thin ice.

Overall, I think it's the most adventurous. May not be as dark as 3 and 4, but it took risks, and made them work. Not a great season, but only because it felt like a setup for season 6 (which will no doubt be an heavy hitter). It's still a pretty good season anyhow. 7/10.
