. What in the case where the battery can't be fully drained cos it keeps switching of at 90%.. any charging to 100% when it's out of charging ND exactly on 90% it will just switch of.....

lemme try my best to expain ur problem to you in d simplest terms
u say ur battery goes off at 90%, the thing is if ur battery calibration is ok and it takes for example 8hours for your battery to go from 100 to 0, it would also take the same 8hrs for ur miscalibrated battery to go from 100 to 90%
what u are seeing as 90% ur phone is seeing as 0% so just use ur battery to d level where its totally dead(even if its 90%) and continue with d solution posted earlier

Scarr, walcolm, BluePearls, and other gurus. I charged my Z30 till it's 100% and unplugged it around 4 am.
I woke up this morning and was amazed at how drastically my battery level has gone.
It went from 100% at around 4 to 68% around after 8.
BBVE says my battery is healthy.



Suggestions please.

Hi guys am new to this topic, I didn't even know it existed I should have been here all this while, I downloaded os 10.3 autoloader for z10 stl-3, but after installation, the interface was hmm, breathe-taking but a lots of apps were missing, no gallery, video player, music player, and lots more, please how do you put all these apps back on the z10, pls if there is a link to a better is 10.3 on this forum some1 should please inform me. I'm guessing u installed 10.3.0.700, that's a dev os which isn't complete, u can get d 10.3.1.1154, it's d latest

it come preinstalled in all bb10 or u could download it from BlackBerry world and run all d test, d app is self explanatory

just as walcom said earlier a original BlackBerry would have BlackBerry world, but I think d best thing to check for a real bb10 is to run BBVE on it and make sure it passes all d test......most importantly if u are doubting d authenticity of the device den it probably is a fake device

9900 and 9930 are both real, 9900 is d gsm brand while 9930 is d cdma brand. converting a 9930 to a gsm phone to work with sim (when not done properly) is responsible for ur " crashes easily n not strong"
