I just got a z3 this, and I followed the tips on the page by doing the glo comonth to 777 but it didn't work out. The only message I got from glo was "welcome BB subscription is pending activation. Please remove and insert battery after 1 hour. Helpdesk 333 would be available in 24 hours."

I have not been able to use data, and my voice calls and messages don't go through.

How did u do this? My Z10 looses about 10% ba3 life within 2/3 hours on standby

10% every 2hrs, thats 20hrs for a full charge..thats more than ok
I didnt particularly do anything....ur battery's drainage depends on different circumstances eg app usage, charging methods..my battery saving tips
brightness is always at lowest
network is almost always on 2g
I dont stock my phone with apps, currently dont have upto 10 3rd party apps......

Battery percentage readings on Z10 are 'far' from reliable. Nowadays, I only believe battery guru voltage readings.

I think ure exaggerating, just cos u dont understand the reading doesnt mean its unreliable
