siegfried99: Note 4 specs beats z30
Ram, cpu, ba3, camera.... etc. numbers don't necessarily denote real performance when comparing two different OSes a " 1.4GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 " on an apple mac is faster than a " 2.4GHz dual-core Intel Core i5 " on a Windows laptop in other words one cup of rice won't weigh d same with one cup of beans.....if u want to be fair ull compare one cup of thai rice with one cup of ofada rice......u garrit? |

walcolm: I'm sorry o but guy you know not what you say.
Irrespective of platform, higher CPU speed means faster performance besides...this is BlackBerry not iPhone that makes their latest OS perform best only on their latest model.
No BlackBerry 10 OS version is made for one hardware... all BlackBerry 10 OS variant for each hardware is optimized to showcase the best of the hardware and when OS 10.3.1 is released officially for the Z30, it will outperform the classic in every single area...even now on 10.2.1, I can tell you Z30 will kill the classic
Even the Q10 will not be put to shame by the classic once 10.3.1 is official on the q10 oga has said i dont know what i am saying well what does a novice like me know, nothing i guess according to oga......ok no hard feelings |

walcolm: Dual core clocked at 1.5ghz against dual core clocked at 1.7ghz and you want to start talking about model year? Forget urself guy... even the nerds have examined the classic and the verdict is that it's only meant to bring the OS4,5,6,7 &7.1 users to BlackBerry 10 and it's not meant to wow those already on BlackBerry 10 as far as hardware is concerned
10.3.1 is available on all BlackBerry 10 devices so that's a mute point dual core 1.5/1.7 On an android phone would make a diff but we both know on bb10 dere is no difference........and d. socalled nerd needs to update demselves cos blackberry already stated. since feb that d phone was meant to bring people on bbos to bb10................10.3.1 is available for all yes but were does devices made for 10.3.1? NO a perfect example would be running os6 on a bold2 ,its possible but......u know d rest(thats if u have used os6 on bold2) A Z30 CANNOT RUN 10.3.1 THE WAY CLASSIC WOULD |

walcolm: I actually believe those on legacy bbos are the ones who will love the classic and I hope they take the time to use it and feel the power of BlackBerry 10 they have to like it because it was actually made for them, even it the preview video it show how the Classic is an upgrade from 9900, but that doesnt meant someone on bb10 already like me wont jump ship.... |

walcolm: it has the same specs as the Z10 and Q10..although its using a better processor and running OS 10.3.1. it cannot touch Z30, P'9983 or Passport is terms of umph might have the same specs with Z10 and Q10 but saying it cant touch Z30 is just a bluff, u just cant compare a 2013 hardware built for 10.2 to a 2014 hardware built for 10.3.1...except the battery of the Z30, d Classic is a tad bit ahead of it..........soooooooo getting me a classic ASAP |
