From experience, 80% of Ibo tenants are terrible individuals. What they do is, pay the first rent (even if you demand for 2years) but trust me, to get the next rent will be war!

They will owe you for the next 2-3years then move out when you've done the worst. They get another apartment and the same cycle continues.

Their strategy is to pay for 1year and live there for another 3years free. Move out and continue the same strategy.

As if that's not bad enough, they will leave your house in a very delapitated state such that you'll regret ever renting it out. The saddest part is that while they are doing all these, they are building their own house somewhere.

Very wicked and callous people to have as tenants.

Please guys ignore the grammar, I need urgent advice because I am dying slowly towards my wife altitude.

I am a young guy working from home and I try all my best to make my wife happy always but there is one attitude in her which I am not comfortable with and I don't know how else to explain to her after I have tried so much for her to start up something.

She is a graduate with good result but she does not want to do anything rather she prefers staying at home maybe because I am working from home. My problem now is that she is pregnant and she got admission for her masters in one of the Eastern Universities while we live in lagos which she does not want to go and owning to the fact that she is not doing anything in the house and she is not working, I really want her to go for that masters and is causing big issues between two of us.

Please kindly advice me on what to do.

BTW Masters is not a guarantee to getting a job, it may sometimes discourage employers to employ a Masters holder without job experience.

Good day, fellas. I want to share my funny experience at Airforce base kaduna. I applied for the Nigerian Airforce. Although my younger sister's husband is a Naval officer and his elder brother is an Airforce officer too. At first, i never wanted to apply but my younger sister encouraged me to apply, that she would tell her husband's elder brother who is an Airforce officer to talk to his "My Oga at the top" to help me get the job. So, i was sent an sms to come for screening. At medical screen, to my surprised, we were told to strip naked for medical check up. We the guys have to strip naked inside for the check up. The funny thing is that, there were two ladies(Airforce officers) along with the male officers in the room while these were happening. As a guy, u will have to stand nake while they view u with ur dickson. The female have their own place for medical check of too of which they have to strip completely naked for check up. But what i am not sure abt is weda male officers were among them who checked them up.
