The easiest and the cheapest resources at hand for a country to develop and grow, are her human resources (skilled, semi skilled or unskilled) . The developmental state of any country, depends on what her citizens say, how they think , what they do, how they do it, by force or willingly?, their level of creativity, what their innate drive looks like , their readiness to inculcate the right type of values and attitudes ,how trustworthy they are, their level of reasonings, and actions devoid of prejudice. et cetra. These are the factors that will come together to form a system for a Country. The degree of manifestation of each of these factors , will determine how far a country will be developed ; economically and politically .Government is an Institution that its performance, is a function of the attitudinal expressions of the governed. The citizens determine the outlook of a government, it is never the government that determines the outlook of the citizens . The irreconcilable gap between the advanced and the less developed world, is the doings of their citizens. OUR GOVERNMENT IS BAD, ain't we the ones that constitute the government? It is our culture at our respective domains that forms the image of the government to the external world. Let us use NIGERIA as our case study, It isn't out of word or intoxication , to say our system is not a leveler of the advanced countries in the world. Who is to be blamed? If you said government, who made up the government?. Nigeria, a Country where your NEIGHBOUR prefers to smuggle our subsidized fuel to the neighbouring countries and make you and I (his fellow citizens )suffer to get the product, just to increase his profit margins. A country where your neighbour will forge documents and keep the money meant for 160 million heads for just himself and his family. A country where your neighbour will increase the exchange rate to 350 naira, which he bought at the rate of 197 naira, without minding the gruesome effect it will have on his or her fellow citizens. A country where your neighbour prefers to invest stolen money of You and I abroad, indirectly developing another man's land at the expense of our Society. A country where your neighbour will rather die in power than to accept faults and retrace his steps ; because he has been made to believe that being in power, is his or her birth rate. A country where obeying rules and regulations are seen as a bane of progress and so, should never be followed. A country where your neighbour, will do everything possible to ensure local manufacturers don't survive , only for him or her to flood our economy with foreign goods . These are just few that my guilty mind can think of. These are the behavioural unethical actions that made up the Failed system called Nigeria today. The actions and inactions of Nigerians made Nigeria what it is today and not Nigeria made us what we are today. How many times have you written against him or her for being a cog in the wheel of progress , for siphoning and subterfuging ? , you dare not, because he is of your religion, of your tribe and of your state. These are what culminate together, to form that failed system called Nigeria. Nigeria can be likened to a tabula rasa (an empty entity), or a trumpet, Whatever the knowledge you impart into the empty entity or the force you blow into the trumpet, that will determine what will come out as your results or output. It Should serve as a subtle relief, that, there is no country in this World, that lies on the blank pages of Debt records. The Mighties and the feebles of nations are peers in this regard. But, no much of time is needed to spot the difference between A PORCUPINE and A HEDGEDOG. To those on the upswing, they borrow to Invest; while those on the downturns borrow to Consume. The lofty height attainers think before they borrow while those on the downturns only think after borrowing. They borrow for the future, We borrow for the present. The upswing riders borrow to put what will be, for generations in Place as the downturns borrow for what will hardly last a generation. In a nutshell, borrowing could be justified in some countries. How do we then justify borrowing, for a country maximizing less than 25% of its resources?, how do we justify it for a nation servicing the needs of its ranks and files with just a mono product, having neglected other viable routes. The potentialities of our Viable means of Income remain far from being stretched to their Maximum capacity. Our internal strenght, which is the best to grow, hasnt been maximized and we continue to seek after shackles of neo colonialism, branded as aids for third world countries. Fast thinkers will always raise eyebrow to decisions like this as the lessons of the past, when such was taken, which ended up in the pit of Futility is still fresh in memory. Is it the Fear of borrowing to Service recurrent expenditures that will yield no returns in both the short and the long run, that isnt worth ruminating on? But, in the interest of our country , as AFRICAN COUNTRIES are known to be homes of leaders and Politicians who live on the pains of masses to prolong their own comforts. The Evils of Yesterday that shipped us to this tight end are still very Much with us. At this junction of our ailing democracy, we need not under estimate the devious strenghts of these pests, as they have even started growing shields to sail through the war against corruption. They are not repenting neither are they withdrawing to their Shells. Day by Day, they are waxing stronger. It will therefore be safer for the loan to come in form of Services (capital projects) as it is crystal Clear we have not attained that level of INDEPENDENT FINANCIAL DECISIONS. There wouldnt have been need for this piece, if the market value of naira hadnt been a function of what is traded at the parallel Market. Since what becomes of Naira is now being measured by what is obtained at the parallel market, due to excessive bureacratic principles at the Conventional market(the banks) which has drifted prospective buyers away and likewise pushed them to the parallel market. It is therefore Important to examine the forces in the parallel market as they affect our Local Currency. In order to give this piece a precise direction, l will like to identify that,
there are 3 PRIMARY KEY SOLUTIONS as earlier noted by technocrats across the country, to bringing naira back to a strong and stable Value. They are (1) Cut in importations (2)export enhanced driven policies(which will increase the flow of forex) and (3) stern measures against round tripping in the parallel market if (the market) could not be axphyxiated. The mind boggling question is now centred on what could still be responsible for the continous poor performance of NAIRA AGAINST DOLLAR, since the First two solutions mentioned above have been improved upon to the positive side of our economy to some extents. If at all, their impacts have not been felt directly by the masses, they ought to have reflected on our Local currency in term of APPRECIATION OF NAIRA. This will no doubt shift our focus on to the 3rd factor itemized above. (the parallel Market as mentioned Above). I CAN'T SAY OF LATER DATES, BUT as at moment, The Parallel Market is THE UNTAILED HEADED HYDRA that is depriving Nigerians of enjoying true Value of their Money. FOR THE CBN not to identify this or for them to still be identifying Shortage of Forex (which no doubt is a factor) but as the primary problem, is either as a result of "THE FEAR TO PINPOINT THE BIG NAMES (AS CBN OFFICIALS WILL DEFINATELY ALSO BE INVOLVED) WHO ARE THE ONES CONTROLLING (BEHIND THE BACK DOORS) THE PARALLEL MARKET FOR PROFITEERING SAKE" , or "THE ORGANIZATION CALLED CBN HAS LOST THE TRUE SENSE OF ITS STATUTORY FUNCTIONS". The astronomic increase in the prices of commodities are due to what is obtained at the parallel Market. Due to the unchecked Outrageous gap between what is obtained at the Conventional market and the parallel market, dubious banks' officials have even preferred to always divert the Forex they are being allocated by the CBN to the parallel market for Profiteering sake. We need not deceive ourselves as It is Crystal clear that #FOREX is being allocated to high power wielding government official in the 3 arms of government (the executive, legislature and the judiciary) , the forex which are taken by them to the parallel market for sale at the HIGHEST BIDDER(S) PRICE(S). The main reason why the CBN has not been able to go tough towards curtailing the parallel market is because of the Conspiracy in the ALLOCATION OF FOREX, especially to these KEY GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS within the CBN and other Government Establishments and even to those that are not in government but are high ranking stakes in our Society. These are the people that are getting the Forex and selling at exhorbitant prices at the parallel Market where transactions are unchecked. Even the Little being allocated to the BANKS , they have also resorted to trading them at the parallel market where returns will be in double or three folds compared to when sold in the banking halls. This has led to increase in the Cost of production which is what translates to the inflation in our market. I CLEARLY understand that CRUDE OIL is still trading at low ebb in the International market which is negatively affecting our Forex earnings. But, if the outgrown wings of the parallel market remain unclipped, by the time the FOREX is booming, it is as easy as moving more of the FOREX to neighbouring Countries, thereby creating artificial scarcity in Nigeria which will make Naira to remain poor in performance(especially if we are still import driven then). This will make Nigerians to continue to crave for edibles and non edibles at astronomic prices. UNTILL THE MASSES GO TOUGH AFTER THESE IMPOSTORS , things are likely to remain thesame as NIGERIA FEDERALISM IS TOO BIG TO BE UNDER THE CONSTANT CYNOSURE OR CHECK OF MR PRESIDENT

But, i couldn't hold the smile long for the people of Gambia due to the cases of insincerity of AFRICAN LEADERS, who sugar-coat their words to have their ways, who promised their people garments of cover against torrential rain but ended up adding salt to their ageing injuries . Long ago, the british left the shores of the africans and the asians to see what will become of them. The Asians returned to their roots, re defined authority as the trust of the masses and destroy all colonial legacies in their System . Today, they are the real pace setters. The europeans' lordship System caved in so much into the psyches of Africans which made us to forget our roots and de humanize the dignity of the masses. To those that derive their glories and mighties in distorting the truth, out of envy and discontentment over another man’s affairs, their requitals shall be theirs. To those that have anchored their faith on assisting the enemies against the community of Allah, their requitals shall be theirs and to those that are intentionally blanketing the truth to have more of this world, of course, they can have it all in this world but their requitals awaits them in the hereafter. How much more of the bloody activities of these dreaded groups in IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN, LEBANON, PALESTINE, PAKISTAN, SOMALIA, and even in the Northern part of Nigeria. They are Muslims, but the mosques remain the worst hit of their targets, just as it was seen in NIGERIA, when the private jet of SULTAN OF SOKOTO was caught with raw cash in millions of dollars to procure ammunitions meant to be smuggled illegally into the country. Or was it not SULTAN OF SOKOTO’s private jet?
