Nexus is very good. I have been using one for 2 years now and it works perfectly fine. It freezes very fast.
How long does it take to defrost?

The money you want to use to buy these brands you mentioned, add to it and buy Haier Thermocool.

When it comes to cooling of freezing units, they are doing well.

Buy a Haier Thermocool stab adequate for the freezer you want to buy and thank me later.
Thanks. I have a limited amount. I can't afford Haier now.

I have a small LG refrigerator. It's working so well but due to hot weather and irregular power supply, my food are getting spoilt. So I decide to get a deep freezer chest. I have Nexus, polystar and skyrun in my list. Please can someone give a review of these products and advise me on the one to buy. I need the one that freezes fast and takes time to defrost.

Sperm motiliy is usually the one that is more challenging to treat. Treatment also involves lifesyle modification like controlling diet, weight lose, limiting acohol intake, exercise and wearing loose panties. There is also what is called scrotum cooling whichaside from taking medication can also be of help.. This medication oligocare by vitabiotics can also help. The good thing about it is that its not too expensive. Hope these helps.
Thanks my dear. Please how is this scrotum cooling carried out?

Male fertility is broadly dependent of 2 major factors:

Sperm Count.
Sperm Motility.
The volume of a normozoospermic sample (normal count & motility) must be over 2 ml, it must contain over 20 million sperm/ml, 25% of which must have good motility and at least 4% must look normal.

A man’s semen quality plays a major role in fertility and it is very important for a couple to conceive.

If you are treated for male infertility, then I would suggest you read the following article.

Men, Those Tightie Whities Really Are Killing Your Sperm Count

Your semen sample might improve (drastically) if you switch from wearing tight briefs to loose boxers.

And another important thing to realize is that it would generally take at least 2 months to see differences in count/motility (i.e. you make a change today and you cannot expect to see the results tomorrow).

Therefore, when male fertility is unexplained (i.e. not attributed or narrowed down to a particular cause), I would recommend that such lifestyle changes are tried before jumping into procedures such as IUI and IVF.

Other habits that can improve your semen quality:

Exercise (at least 3 - 4 days a week).
Quit smoking and drinking.
Quit consumption of caffeine (i.e coffee).
Avoid exposure to chemicals (for example, I stopped using perfumes).
Eat raisins, cashews, almonds, walnuts and brazil nuts (brazil nuts contain selenium).
Avoid drinking carbonated drinks such as Pepsi and Coke.
Increase your protein consumption (such as egg whites, tune/salmon etc).
Keep yourself in a positive frame of mind
Thanks sweets, quite educative.

It is a male fertility supplement. It should be used for at least a month to see the effect. Vit like Vit E C and zinc can also be of help.

Thanks dear. I pray this should work. We are becoming restless. Time is not on our side.

My point is that he needs to be on these drugs for 3 months, before you can know if it is effective for him or not.

Also, some people have used these drugs and it worked for them, while it didnt work for others.

The only sure way to know is to allow him use it for 3 months, then let him run another SFA, and then check if the motility and other parameters have improved.

BTW, when did he start using the med? When was his last SFA test?
He started using it a month ago. He did SFA in April.

Why not allow him go for SFA after 3 months of taking the medication? With this, you will know if it is working for him. Peace!
The drugs were recommended by a doctor. Does it mean that they are not effective?

Mama I'm so glad for the success of your surgery. Please, where did you do yours and how much did you pay for it?

I have been diagnosed of fibroid too and people are advising I use herbs like Yoni pearls or Longrich to shrink it, but I heard herbs are not always effective.

Please help a sister.
I did it at Usumanu Danfodiyo University Teaching Hospital Sokoto. Bill , close to 80k

Greetings good Mamas. Finally I did myomectomy (fibroid surgery) . It was successful but I learnt that the fibroid can grow back if I don't conceive soon. Please mamas what diet or supplement do I need to take to prevent it from growing back and to help enhance my fertility so that I can conceive soon enough. I don't want drugs, just diet and supplement.
