I can't do that because my screen freezes a lot.

My little brother tried to root his phone infinix hot 2 by himself. He wasn't successful in doing that. Now, the phone now freeze after the start up. It happened to my samsung phone once, I reset it before it starts to work properly.
I have tried to reset this his infinix hot 2 by holding power on and volume down (I have even use vol up) button. Whenever I do that, it keeps coming on and off until I let go of the power on button. the reset option is not coming out. Most times, it start "apps optimizing".
Pls, I need help on how to reset the phone.

I having problem hard resetting my infinix hot 2 phone. If I switch it off and press the vol down(have also use vol ++) and power button together. It won't go to reset mood, rather it will be keep coming on and off until I leave my hand off the power button. And in most cases, when it on, it will be optimizing my apps.

Solution needed pls.

The last time I checked, the court is yet to pronounce any judgment on this scandal. So, I still believe dasuki is innocent until proven guilty by the court.
