CSS approach is preferred to tables because CSS has an OOP(Object Oriented Programming) approach to web devpt than tables such as Encapsulation and Inheritance and to an extent Composition. Also the OOP concept allows for easy management of codes. Tables should be used basically to display tabular data.

More stupid government decisions. Foreign airlines will be compelled to pay commissions to travel agents; and Nigerian travel agents are unregulated bunch that charges arbitrarily! What stops the foreign airlines from increasing their fares to make up for the lost revenue paid out to the travel agents? Foreign airlines can not sell their own tickets?Huh?

The rest of the world is going e-ticket for simple airfares and use travel agents only for "specialized" tours/vacation destinations. Just what we need - more regulations that will justify BA/Virgin to keep on charging us more money. No wonder Arik started their London flights, and all the fares were not published and travel agents made a lot of money!!!!
