Politics › Intelicor Says Bill Gates, Dangote Behind Fulani Herdsmen Crisis In Nigeria by scribble(op): 11:41am On May 07, 2018
Paris: Intelicor observers monitoring the visit of President Muhammadu Buhari to President Donald Trump in the United States have uncovered secret documents of about 350 pages with additional maps on the plan to takeover the food security of Nigeria, Africa’s leading economic power house and most populous country. Conservative observers were shocked to learn that Aliko Dangote, a figure associated with successive corrupt military juntas and civilian administrations was the leader of the Nigerian-Business community that accompanied President Buhari to Washington DC. According to one American conservative commentator it tarnished the entire image of the so-called anti-corruption war waged by the Buhari administration in Nigeria. However, what was even more shocking was the extensive secret plan by Bill Gates, Dangote and Monsanto/Bayer to takeover the entire farmlands held until this time by small holder farmers in Northern Nigeria.

The plan envisaged increased violence against small-holder farmers by hired mercenaries deceptively called ‘Fulani Herdsmen’ to chase farmers away into internally displaced peoples’ (IDP) camps. Specific targets of people to be killed are farmers who are known traditional natural seed suppliers. The Bill Gates Foundation in collaboration with the Federal Government under the previous administration’s ministry of agriculture led by Dr Akinwumi Adesina built up a huge database of farmers, their specific roles and locations using the so-called electronic wallets, which are mobile phones with precise GPS and Near-field Communication (NFC) technology that permitted them to chart even daily movement activities of individual farmers with Global Positioning System (GPS) technologies and archived with maps in Geographic Information System (GIS) Technologies. The accompanying maps show large areas from which farmers have been cleared and areas yet to be cleared shortly in Benue and Adamawa states. The first phase by Boko Haram mercenaries and the second phase targeting traditional natural seed suppliers in Benue and Adamawa by the so-called Fulani Herdsmen have depleted sources of natural seeds leaving only the Donor-agencies and UN backed distribution of genetically modified organisms (GMO) and hybrid crops from Monsanto/Bayer owned by Bill Gates. In a footnote to the document there is emphasis to push for the use of the term ‘Fulani Herdsmen’ in the Nigerian press to incite discord and exploit age-old prejudices based on tribal and religious affiliations, mutual suspicion that are very much prevalent in Nigeria. This is at the expense of searching for the real perpetrators who are in Seattle Washington USA and Europe. In the third phase, Dangote fronting for Bill Gates has launched 10,000 tractors, millions of tons of GMO seeds and total buyout of lands of small holder farmers in exchange for resettlement in homes they constructed with only plots of little gardens for the farmers. A clique of Northern governors is working on the project. The entire country is being sold out to Bill Gates through his proxy Aliko Dangote, including petroleum resources, power, food and land rights. Nigerians would live on rent in their own country, a new era of perpetual neo-colonialism has began. The poor and vulnerable in Nigeria are now impoverished to a level that they are ready to give up all they have to the so-called Philanthropist-Billionaire businessmen who caused their deplorable plight in the first place and gets away only because of naïve, corrupt and ignorant persons in key positions in the Nigerian government. It is really difficult to argue with Donald Trump who in his view some African countries are ‘shitholes’. That is not different from the views of many European leader in private. It would not help Africa if Trump signs Africa off to Bill Gates in exchange of having some peace from the Bill Gates controlled-mainstream media conglomerates like the MSNBC and CNN. Given that Trump would like a second term, he might be willing to hands-off Africa, and cut a deal with Bill Gates, PM May, President Macron and Chancellor Angela Merkel, who are the G7 clique also in agreement with Bill Gates. How long would Nigeria be traumatized before the government of Nigeria can apply common sense to stop Bill Gates and Dangote by opening a formal investigation. These two are International culprits in the terrorism in Northeast Nigeria, which is the food basket of the nation targeted to displace poor farmers that plant natural crops and replace them with biotechnology conglomerates that want to use GMO crops to hold the nation’s food security and polity hostage forever. The replacement of the crops with GMO seed that do not replicate would mean that every planting season Nigeria would pay Monsanto/Bayer for $30 billion USD for seeds. The Intelicor Public Relations Officer said in a recent interview that when he confronted a top Federal Government of Nigeria official in agricultural policy section on why they were covertly allowing GMOs under ‘IMPROVED SEEDS’ to be imported, he answered ‘we want to achieve total food security and not import food’. The Intelicor PRO replied ‘but what difference does it make when you import the GMO seeds, you still would never have any food security because he who controls the seeds controls the food’. The Nigerian Official hit back, ‘you are levelling very serious accusations against Bill Gates and Dangote without demonstrable ways and means they are doing this’.

The Intelicor replied ‘Bill Gates Foundation uses the Polio Eradication Program for surveillance and deployment of hired mercenaries among genuine health workers who are given a free unchecked pass at Nigerian military checkpoints, and is no coincidence that violence peaks following every wave of vaccination campaign they initiate after releasing the virus for sporadic cases that justify the campaign’. He continued ‘the time-series charts of Bill Gates involvement in Northeast Nigeria in the Polio Campaign correlates with violence in the Northeast and to each specific campaign.’

Similar observations have been made in Afghanistan and Pakistan and sometimes unfortunately, the locals who observed this relationship with insurgent groups, regrettably took on themselves to kill some including genuine vaccinators. The lacing of vaccines with anti-fertility agents has been the most irresponsible and dangerous action of Bill Gates Foundation and their partners for which they were indicted in the Philippines, Mexico, East Africa and earlier alarms were raised in Northeast Nigeria. It was earlier advised that, the countries completely own the vaccination process and that, international actors only provide monetary assistance to the federal ministry of health in a common basket fund. This interaction with Nigerian officials demonstrated that the shallow agricultural policy of the Buhari administration and the need to think things thoroughly and not to base approaches on naïve, uniformed and unscientific presumptions that industrial GMO food production is better than natural seeds by small scale farmers who feed the nation. In fact, the United State Department of Agriculture (USDA) maintains that in based on total yield and costs the natural crops using conventional methods performed better than GMO crops. Similar observations were made in European studies, so we are reverting to the old methods, where we are now support small holder farmers. The so-called Nigerian experts in agriculture because of bribes from Monsanto refuse to read the literature and properly advise the government. Moreover, the introduction of GMO foods would foreclose any exports of food products from Nigeria to the EU, USA, Russia, China and so many other countries. One-percent contamination with GMO genes would result in a ban on importation of food from that country, as the EU has currently enforced against Nigeria. This is due to the enormous health hazards posed by GMO crops which include very high rates of cancers at all ages, mental illness, allergies, malformations, infertility, etc. Just by inserting one anti-fertility gene in GMO cassava, beans, tomatoes and corn the biotechnology firms would be able to sterilize all Nigerians. The current strategy adopted by development partners to reduce Africa’s population is by pushing for GMO crops with inserted fertility control genes in the natural crops like GMO yellow cassava, GMO yellow rice, GMO millet, GMO yellow yam, GMO beans and GMO corn. The various GMO crops are at advanced stages of development and some due to be released in 2019 were funded by Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation at test sites in agricultural institutes, not for health purposes but for cropping conditions etc. Dangote plans to sell the GMO foods at rock bottom prices to drive away the small scale farmers even from the South of Nigeria leading to massive explosion of poverty and insecurity in rural communities across Nigeria. They already high tribal and religious tensions would rise further, since theoretically, with induction from abroad, just a few businessmen in the Muslim North can seize food exports to the Christian south if they so-decide raising a real threat of war, or use of food for any number of political and religious blackmail architected from outside Nigeria. Even though this is a common belief among Nigerian Christians ,that there is a covert plan to Islamize Nigeria as the cause of the insurgency, frantic effort on the part of Intelicor and other groups have not yet uncovered any evidence of that, on the other hand, there are huge mountain evidence of nefarious activities by biotechnology companies and Bill Gates Western affiliates who continue to send out the Islamization narrative through mainstream media to confuse everyone and continue unchecked. It has so far worked but they will soon be out of luck. Meanwhile, the Blackwater trained Libyan and Chadian Tureg mercenaries so-called ‘Fulani Herdsmen’ are now redeployed to the South to begin similar targeting of farm communities that have natural seed suppliers. The request by Trump to station troops in Nigeria to help Nigerian military was a cover for Blackwater owned by Bill Gates to establish an official military base in Nigeria that would further fuel violence as they did in Iraq and created ISIS because Iraqi government naively granted them permission to do so. If this plan is accomplished by Bill Gates and Dangote, the country Nigeria will be irreversibly be destroyed. Buhari may choose to act now or not, but one thing is certain, immediately there is a ready success by Bill Gates and Dangote, it would be too late, and Buhari would be the first victim of the plan by the same people who dined with him at home in Aso Rock Villa.
