Yes, dear thanx....I understand. Its just people say its workforce who would pay u and not d client....As in, they would negotiate the salary with u, so i really wanted to know, whom an applicant would negotiate salary with, work force or d client?

Most times.. Workforce would negotiate and pay you till if luckily... You are made a full time staff of the client... So it all bores down to luck, hardwork, And most of all... God's intervention..

It's all about starting somewhere, and see how it goes... Dont stress yourself ooo....

after your interview, they'd tell you what you're being shortlisted for. for example, I was shortlisted for call centre while a lady interviewed before me was shortlisted for teller officer.

Was invited too for finance intern. I'm now at the documentation level. Make I no lie dia wahala too much o. I don go their office 4 times this week before d documents were finally collected. I just pray make dem give me better job o if not na to carry placard for front of their office o.

Workforce is just like a recruiting agent, they employ you and post you to where your are needed. The company pay them your full salary and they pay you negotiated salary (fixed at times). Promotion or increase in salary is not always guarantee.
